The apartment was even better than in the pictures. Large bathroom with good shower. Washing machine if necessary. Kitchen had everything you need. Everything was clean and fresh. A little noisy with the apartment next to us ( they left 5 hours) which also woke us up🤗 Kamil gave a quick response. Not seen, but easy to get in via cabinet. Only address was incorrect with the B&B site. That was a pity after such a long drive from the Netherlands. Found via Google address. So pay attention to it is my tip. We slept there for 1 night because we were in transit. Will definitely remember this and will probably come back. Nice place, everything well detailed and explained. My husband forgot something and we were notified, they sent it through fedex. We had amazing time here!

We had a wonderful midweek at Pavol's beautiful Bohemian farmhouse. You come through an old gate into the courtyard. There, you can access both stays. The children slept in the beautiful apartment on the first floor with beautiful bathroom and private kitchen (and two bedrooms). We slept downstairs in also a beautiful apartment. The garden is beautiful and endless. You can walk right into nature. The deer are at the back of the garden. There is always sun and shade. The hammocks are lovely. Finally, our daughter was able to play the piano in a large studio made in the shed. Communication with Pavol was very nice. In short, highly recommended. Prague 2 hours away Cesky Krumlov 75 minutes Big and good supermarket at 14 minutes

The place matches the photos and description, beautiful surroundings, and there's nothing missing from the cottage. Communicating with your host is completely seamless and they can see that they will do their best to satisfy their guests. I definitely plan to come back and recommend all ten to stay:)

The stay was just perfect! Milada and her son were always available for us and offered us everything we needed! The house is in pristine condition and offers enough space for all guests. The outdoor facilities are beautifully landscaped and offer first-class comfort. The space is actually better than the photos. The area is beautifully quiet and you can also have good parties here!

David's house is a hidden treasure. The simple, clean and smart modern architecture of the house on one side set in the slope and on the other side by a total glazing open to the garden is not only visually attractive, but the house gives plenty of light, sun, air and cool even in the hot summer. The great design of the house and its amenities are embedded in a breathtaking garden including a natural pool. The house and garden are simply wow and the connection of modern design, architecture, and nature is like a textbook. Great communication with David, who was always ready to respond or vegetables available in the garden, are the cherry on the cake. We spent here with my wife and our pointer who worked perfectly in the huge and rugged garden, just three days, but we definitely want to come back if we can. David is a great host and his place is definitely one of the absolute best places I've ever been through Airbnb. I recommend 100%.

5 minutes from Center of Telč ! Miluše was really kind to me. She drove me to her place the day I arrived and also drove me back to the station the day of departure. Also, she took care by preparing a very nice breakfast. Her place may be old, but it's giving local vibe and very private ! I enjoyed it alot. Definitely recommend the place and Miluše to other !

We really liked Villa Karolina. beautiful private location. The hostess was always nice and accommodating and available at any time. We used the accommodation for a bachelor party and were satisfied. A quiet place with good facilities and a barn where you can use a large canvas. Unfortunately, the night before we left, we were found by a severe storm that had thrown out electricity that didn't hit, but it was an extraordinary event that the host can't.

Beautiful house in a beautiful place! Next to the forest and a river! Children have had a great time building a cabin in the woods , making a campfire and not forgetting the pool. Nice spacious pool which remained clean. Lots of space around the house for football, badminton and other games. The house was perfect for us, everything was present! Thank you Jan!

Very nice with children. Indoor and outdoor lots of toys, trampoline, swimming pool. Also children's cutlery, children's duvets and so on. Nearby is a large public playground including go-karts and large marble court. Surroundings are beautiful with castle and river Sazava for canoeing.

The place is exactly as described, and we're grateful that we were able to relax here from the busy city we're used to. The arrangement with the host was perfect. There are a lot of beautiful places to go on a trip nearby.

We had a wonderful winter holiday here with our dog. A beautiful area for walks, in the cottage it is cozy and the sauna with a view was a real highlight.

Martina is a very creative artist and you can see her work in the adjacent gallery. And the bonus: to come after a day trip on a cold day to a heated cottage was just amazing. Thank you. Kateřina was kind and accommodating. We appreciated that she accommodated our check-in time, which shifted unexpectedly. The cottage was to our liking, everything was clean and tidy. We even got some firewood and charcoal available for the grill. We had a great time, thank you and maybe next time.

Everything was fine the room is spacious, clean, there is even a kitchen. Peter was friendly. Definitely thumbs up the location is great.

Comfortable, clean and comfortable place to stay, very accommodating staff, comfortable outdoor seating, bike storage, seamless parking, good breakfast.

We stayed in Pavel's shepherd's hut for two nights at the end of April. Two adults with two children (3 years, 2 months). And it was a perfect relaxing weekend for us. The shepherd's hut is well accessible, on a hill on the outskirts of the village (one person with a dog passed there all the time). Inside was tidy, everything was ready (as agreed) even for a “numerous expedition” like us. Dubenka has a great view of the opposite hills. You'll see beautiful sunsets, experience a nice evening sitting by the fire, and meet curious and fun sheep. And definitely the outdoor shower for me. This is top. Thanks!
