Holiday Home At the Black Sheep

We offer an accommodation in a cottage, situated on the outskirts of the picturesque village Horní Lhotice nearby Kralice nad Oslavou. The cottage is fully equipped and provides 3 double beds and 3 single beds in three bedrooms. Two bedrooms are located upstairs. The stairs are slightly steeper. One of the upper rooms is connected with a common room by a gallery. There is also a kitchen, a bathroom with toilet in the house. Guests are provided with the outdoor seating area with a fireplace.

Maringotka (caravan) Alfons has got a great history. At first, maringotka had travelled a hundreds kilometers with Berousek’s circus, where its aim was to be a “home on the wheels” and few years after that it became unfashionable and was parked for some more time. Despite the bad time, it quickly had found its new owner and a lot of admirers in a year 2015, when it was given as a birthday present. Nowadays, marignotka is a beautiful caravan in countryside with great view on Lipnice castle.

New timbered house from 2023 with a beautiful view. 2km from Pernštejn Castle, 25km from New Town in Moravia (Town Baths, Harusův Hill ski chairlift, Vysočina Arena with cross-country trails ), 15km from the western town of Šiklův Mlýn. In the wider area also Svojanov Castle, Zubštejn, Aueršperk, Svratka, Nine Rock, Pohledecká skála.... Well-marked cycling (excellent terrain) and hiking trails. The neighborhood is full of interesting and pleasant things, Lipnice nad Sázavou Castle,quarries,forests ,meadows,rivers and ponds, the mythical Melechov reigns. The cottage is small, fully furnished,comfortable for two people.Evaluated romantics and lovers of old times.

A cozy fishing hut by the forest and a pond where time flows more slowly. In the morning, enjoy a quiet breakfast on the terrace, a boat ride, refresh yourself during the day under a solar shower and relax in a hamac overlooking the sunset. In the evening, you'll be warmed up by a crackling fireplace or al fresco fire pit, while bats fly quietly overhead. The perfect place for moments of silence and escape to nature.
