In the apartment you will find: - 1 big living room with a comfortable sofa, armchair, big working/dining table and a TV, overlooking the rooftops of Ghent - 1 fully equipped kitchen with a microwave, water boiler, dishwasher, fridge, French press and coffee grinder - 1 bedroom for 2 people (king size bed) overlooking the main street - 1 smaller bedroom with a box spring bed for 2 people and a desk - 1 bathroom with a bathtub and a standing shower - separate toilet - utility room with a washing machine, drying machine, ironing board, iron and a drying rack The apartment is equipped with a high-speed Wi-Fi. Bed linen and towels are provided, along with a shampoo, conditioner, make up remover, body lotion and various other hygienic products. Please take note, that the apartment is not suited for young children (say under the age of 5) since we are not equipped for this and also the furniture is not adjusted (glass coffee table for example). The apartment is on the 3rd floor, with no elevator. The apartment is very close to both public buses and trams. You will find the nearest tram station, Vogelmarkt (tram line 2), just around the corner, and the nearest bus station, Gent Zuid (most bus lines), a couple of streets away. Gratis parkeer mogelijkheid in de onmiddellijke omgeving van het appartement. Vanuit het station van Aalter is de verplaatsing per trein naar Gent én Brugge slechts 15 min. Er is ook per trein rechtstreekse verbinding met de luchthaven Brussels AirPort.

All guests have a private apartment, there is 1 apartment per level. So there is a lot of privacy. Downstairs we have a laundry, which you can use. We have a chocolate atelier, where you are always welcome ! The setting is immediately adjacent to the city's famous Graffiti Street. A tasting in the chocolate studio below is a must, after which stroll to some of Ghent's many boutiques, and perhaps the weekend antiques market in nearby St Jacob's Square. From the railway station, you take the MAIN tram line no 1 to the city centre, we are at 300m from the stop GRAVENSTEEN (castle)

Vacation home in Vinderhoute 2 to 3 people

The house is located in a small village between Ghent and Bruges. The home is just next to our home. There is total privacy. There is a separate entrance , a small terrace at the entrance. The lower floor consists of a spacious living room with salon and TV. For third person there is a full bed in the living room. There is an equipped kitchen with fridge, oven and microwave and dining table. There is a toilet on the ground floor . On the first floor there is a bedroom with bathroom with sink, shower and toilet.

Check-in Monday - Friday: 18:00h check-out: 12:00h Check-in Saturday - Sunday: 14:00h check-out: 11:00h Day of check-in you can use the option to dropp luggage, parking space and bikes before 18:00h. Option available from 12:00h! We are both working as teachers fulltime during the week. We prepare and clean the rooms after the working hours. That's why our check-in starts in the evening.
