I highly recommend this property, “Mariner’s Loft” on the historic Main Street of Belfast! Beautifully restored space from which to hike up the rail-trail, explore the waterfront, shops, restaurants, as well as a great food co-op around the corner, accessing great food to cook in the well laid out kitchen for an “at home” relaxing and rejuvenating atmosphere with 2 comfortable sleeping quarters in the heart of town! The price was a bit of a splurge for us, but we found its location and aesthetic comforts well worth it! Note: no designated parking is provided; instead free, though time-limited, street parking in front of the building can be found, with a free 24 hour municipal lot a half block away. Our stay here made for a very delightful two night immersion into the enchanting heart and soul of beautiful Belfast!

I'm a pharmacy technician and I took a mental health break during my busy season to go see friends and just relax. This is my first time ever staying in Airbnb with the host being in the same place, also is the first time traveling alone, but the entire time there I felt safe, and I rarely feel safe. It was clean, I love that it had a list and a website so I can check things quickly. I hope to stay again in the future, definitely for longer. I hiked about 5 to 10K a day for 7 days, and every time I got done it was so nice to come back to such a nice and relaxing home with a very comfortable bed and different levels of firmness pillows which is such a nice touch. All in all an amazing location, host, and house.

I had the best time staying here. Everything was superbly clean, well organized, and very cozy. Beth and David were very kind and accommodating!

This was a great place to stay. A quiet neighborhood, walking distance to town, a market close, as well as the Saturday farmers market. It felt a bit like a cabin on a boat, with the lovely wood surrounding.

This was a little slice of heaven for sure! Michele has an awesome place that you could just sit in all day and just look out at the lake and mountain. It is a prime location with easy access to just about everything you could want, two minutes to town, or hiking as well as many peaceful places. All of the individuals in our group just kept remarking how wonderful a place it is. Without question Michele has taken care of everything and we hope to return to her beautiful place many times in the future. What we loved most about it were the views, how at home it felt and it is in the right location. We have family and visit Maine several times a year since the early seventies and we all agree this is on our top three list. Higley recommend for those who want to get away from it all yet be close enough to jump into town. Thank you Michele

Our stay was brief but our family felt right at home in this cozy space! Scott was always responsive and flexible with our needs which we greatly appreciated. We were traveling with two littles and he ensured there were safety gates available for the stairs. We would love to. Plan another extended visit to take advantage of the farmhouse warmth and inviting surroundings!

Our visit to Camden was enjoyable and our stay at Marisa's lovely home was the highlight of our stay. The location and surrounding landscape is beautiful. The design and art of the house is so interesting. The beds are wonderful with supreme linens and towels. The kitchen is nicely equipped. The home is first class. We all hope to return someday. The location was great. The house was nice and clean. Easy access. Responsive host! Would recommend this place especially if you have a wedding at French’s Point.
