I am a foodie & provide a continental breakfast, homemade granola, yoghurt & baking after that our supermarkets are close. Walk to lake&Wanaka Tree thru the park! 20 walk to town, in route to Roys Peak climb, Rippon Wines 5 min drive or walk along the lake to it. WANT TO GET MARRIED I CAN DO THAT TOO :)

Just a few minutes walk to Wanaka's bars and restaurants or a short stroll across Pembroke park to the lake where you can take the kayaks over to Ruby Island or just cruise around the bay. Relax with the whole family at this peaceful place to stay. Located in Albert Town near the Clutha river, it is a 2 minute walk to the Patisserie, Four Square shop, Pub and Takeaways, with a great swimming hole a 5 minute stroll from home. The home has a sunny sheltered deck and I am often on hand for any tips and tricks, as I have moved into my back yard garden. There are two bikes and two kayaks available for use as well. We have cycle tracks in all directions to explore the surrounds.

Studio 45 - Is a separate guest house set on our 1.3 Ha block with mountains views. 1 x Dlb bed downstairs & 2 x King Singles upstairs. The Kitchenette has plates, cutlery, a microwave, jug, toaster, Air fryer & fridge freezer. (No cooktop) it does have a BBQ outside with an electric oven. The living has 2 couches 1 x chair & Air Con . The tiled bathroom has underfloor heating. The outdoor living has a dinning table , couch, fire frost pots and all just a 7 minutes drive to central Wanaka.
