The place is perfectly located, close to amenities, public transport and great local cafes, restaurants and shops. Inside it’s perfectly styled, includes everything you’ve need for a short or long stay and has very comfortable beds.

The place is very conveniently located. Very easy to find and minutes drive away from great restaurants and grocery stores. There is a park right across the street. The bedrooms are street facing, but it is quiet at night. The amenities are complete and thoughtful. Great experience!

Really enjoyed our stay – the house is beautifully styled, in a great neighborhood, and easy to find with accessible parking. It’s a cozy, welcoming space that’s clearly well looked after. Just a heads up: the 2 bedrooms in the main house don’t have AC, so if you're sensitive to temperature, it might be worth considering the season before booking - there is AC in the main living area, but it's at the other end of the house. It was unseasonably warm in Melbourne during our stay, but we got through it alright. Kali was a fantastic host – super responsive and friendly, and since she lives next door, she was always around if we needed anything. Would happily stay again!

We had an absolutely wonderful stay at this beautiful holiday home! The moment we walked in, we felt like we were in a tranquil oasis. The house was immaculately clean, stylishly decorated, and had everything we needed for a comfortable and relaxing stay. The location was perfect - and the private spa was amazing. The owners have thought of everything to make their guests feel at home, from the plush towels and comfy beds to the well-stocked kitchen and entertainment options. We even found a lovely welcome gift on arrival, which was a lovely touch. We can't wait to come back and stay here again! Highly recommend this holiday home to anyone looking for a relaxing and rejuvenating getaway.

We had an amazing time at Mitch's beautiful property, the house is spacious, clean and quiet at night, beds are so comfy and everything is clean and spotless, Mitch is very friendly and very prompt at responding requests. Home away from home! What a beautiful home in a beautiful suburb. Close enough for the places we went to. (Chadstone Shopping Centre, Brighton beach boxes and even ventured into South Wharf DFO. We did have 2 cars that made it easy for us). It was the perfect house for our family get together of 8 adults and 2 children. Having the 5 bedrooms was just the right amount and correct configuration for our family. Great little grassy yard for our grandsons to kick a ball around with dad, the little cubby with slide and enough toys to keep our 6 & 2 year old grandsons entertained. The kitchen amenities were plenty for us to have home cooked meals and sit around the large dining table all together. I highly recommend Sanaz and her house which was more of a home away from home.🏠 Thank you.

Andrew's place is lovely - very modern, clean, and has all the modcons you need. Check-in was very easy and flexible. The location is fantastic, right near tram stops and Queen Vic markets. The place is very reasonably priced for how nice it is. The apartment building has a nice gym/pool/sauna area too. We were very happy with our stay and definitely recommend it to other guests. Magda was lovely from the start and provided clear instructions for check-in and suggested parking options nearby as well as we were driving all the way from Sydney. The place felt comfortable and cosy and will definitely recommend for couples looking to stay with pups.

We had an amazing stay at this apartment! It was spotlessly clean, incredibly comfortable, and fully equipped with everything needed for a long-term stay. Every detail was thoughtfully considered — from the appliances to the little touches that made us feel right at home. This is a perfect example of how a business should be run on Airbnb. The location is also fantastic — close to parks, great restaurants, and a large supermarket just across the street. Highly recommended, and we would happily stay here again!

Perfect place for a quick getaway out of the city for someone looking for a bit of nature. Beautiful views of the city from the balcony to add to the sense of wonder. Close to Yarra Valley winery region and other attractions.

It was a great stay, Tikali is a very responsible host and was kindly enough to allow us store our luggage during our trip to another city, really appreciate. She greeted us on the first and was always keeping in touch and responding quickly. I would definitely recommend her accommodation!

We stayed here before and after our wedding. What a little slice of paradise. Sitting on the balcony, listening to the birds in the morning was a lovely reminder to slow down and soak in this beautiful place. Direct access to the winery and only a short 10 minute drive from our wedding venue. The rooms are fantastic and bathrooms are just something else! Beautiful home and beautiful host. We had an amazing experience staying at Joe's place! From the moment we arrived, we felt at home. The guesthouse had a very good vibe, was clean, cozy, and very well-equipped with everything we needed for our stay. The location was perfect, just a short walk to local shops, cafes, and public transport. The beds were super comfortable, and the kitchen had all the essentials to make meals. Plenty of storage places to put your luggage. Joe was an excellent host, very friendly, welcoming, and incredibly responsive. He made sure we had everything we needed and even checked in to ensure we were comfortable throughout our stay. From the moment we booked, communication was effortless. We could tell he genuinely cares about the people staying at his place. We would absolutely stay here again and highly recommend this place to anyone visiting the area! Just lovely clean and comfortable. Beautiful light through the large windows during the day nice and private with the blinds down.

Marks places was super comfortable and homey. Our daughter slept on the sofa bed which she said was comfortable and easy to set up. Within walking distance to the beach, shops, restaurant and public transport, it had everything we needed. Would recommend and also stay again Thankyou!
