Very close to Golden Gate State Park, 15 minute drive to skiing at Eldora by Nederland or to Black Hawk/Central City with countless hidden (and very public) local hiking trails and National Forest in between. Enjoy a private getaway for 2 with wood-burning stove (MUST bring firewood), indoor dining/cooking area with 2-burner propane stove (propane provided), sleeping loft, outdoor sitting area with propane gas grill. NO electricity or running water. Outdoor shower stall with two 5-gallon solar heated shower bags. Bring towels. Outhouse nearby. Bring food & ice. Well water provided from spigot at main cabin. Cot available UPON REQUEST in advance - prior arrival. NO CAMPFIRES OR USE OF ANY FIREPITS.

There is a dedicated office area, fenced in backyard, wifi, TV, indoor fireplace and outdoor fire pit! The setting is wooded, and Boulder Creek is easily accessible from the cabin. We welcome guests from all backgrounds and orientations. And we love to share our beautiful state with international visitors!

We are on 6 acres in a 250 acre private compound with lots of hiking trails. I live upstairs with my very friendly dog.
