A cute cottage with a POOL on a working horse farm in the Texas Hill Country. Beautiful quiet setting close to Boerne, Fredericksburg shopping, dining and Wine Country, and San Antonio. River kayaking is close by and Comfort is an Antique shopping Mecca. The horses are friendly and complete the beautiful view out your front door. Separate entrance allows for complete privacy. Perfect location for hill country dining, shopping and attractions. Some of the best wineries along with our local. We are perfectly situated five minutes to Comfort, 20 minutes to Fredericksburg or Boerne and 25 minutes to Kerrville. Good for couples, solo adventurers, and business traveler. Not suitable for young children. Unit has stairs and is not childproof.
