Vacation rentals with beach access in Washington County

Thank you , Susan for a wonderful stay! Your home was beautiful. Some of the things we loved were the overall comfort and coziness of your home, the porch and hot tub, we loved being able to walk down to the water and enjoy the unexpected warm weather this week. We cooked every meal but one and the kitchen was equipped with everything we needed for preparing and enjoying meals with family. The views of the lake from inside the house and the loft were so peaceful and enjoyed very much. A short trip to Hardwick to enjoy the shops and restaurants was wonderful too. Front Street Coffee was a star! The book store, gift shop and Cork and Fork were all wonderful places to visit. We stayed with two adults and four tweens and all had a wonderful time. We will likely visit again! Thank you!

Our family, comprising six adults and a baby, thoroughly enjoyed our recent stay here during a busy (solar eclipse) weekend in April. This property is brand new. There are a number of hotel rooms on the property. We stayed at the apartment suite just above the restaurant. The apartment was quite comfortable, offering ample space. It was impeccably clean, and everything was fresh and new. The convenience of having the restaurant just below was a definite highlight, making dining options easily accessible. We could hear noise from the restaurant in the evening but it did not wake our baby or impair our stay. There is a nice waterfall on the property. Proximity to Sugarbush was very good. Our hosts, TJ and Johnny, for the most part, were attentive and responsive. There was no TV in the unit or dressers in the rooms (we were told they may be adding a TV in the future). There was a bluetooth speaker for music. Our overall experience was excellent and we wholeheartedly recommend

We stayed at Jillian's lake house for a long snowy weekend in December, arriving after dark and her directions were perfect. The home is extremely clean, has an excellent design that is bright and welcoming. I'm not sure I have been in an air BnB where each guest bed had folded towels on it, a very nice touch. This is a rural area (think general stores, great small town (i.e., no chain) restaurants nearby in Hardwick and other Villages, great hikes and breweries) which was prefect for a long weekend, although you might now want to leave the house! The communications were quick and helpful, and we had a great stay.

This home was truly amazing. Plenty of space for our large group, with large living space for everyone to gather. The host, Jessica, is truly amazing. Always responsive and quick to find a solution to a minor issue with our booking. She was extremely flexible and we would stay again because of her hospitality!!

Nicholas & Kristen were wonderful hosts, the space was absolutely perfect, the views were amazing, & the welcome basket with farm fresh eggs & coffee beans was a special touch that we appreciated! We loved their doggos, the cider we bought from them was delicious, & the hot tub was out of this world! Our trip was meant to be relaxing & peaceful, & this space was all that & more. We would definitely recommend it to anyone, & would love to return in the future!

The carriage house was just as described. The bed was very comfortable and the upstairs sitting area was spacious and very nice. Everything was very clean. The bathroom and shower are new and very nice. If you are looking for quiet and solitude, this is the place. Be aware, the internet and cell phone service is spotty.

Great spot, right on the side of the mountain, and next to everything. Will be back!

Barbara was a wonderful host. The space was perfect for the four of us over the holiday break. Our kids especially enjoyed the game room and took advantage of the puzzles. Cozy home with great views and privacy.

Krystal’s cute cozy cabin is spectacular. Its located right off a lake and has stunning views especially during fall. The cabin itself was spotless, well organized and designed and felt like home. And Krystal is an amazing host who is super responsive and ready to help. Thank you for a lovely stay.
