This Bnb is in a very private location in a good neighborhood. Looks better in person. Really enjoyed our stay and would book again.

Kate was incredibly responsive and with a very short notice. The apartment was beautifully put together and reminds me of why I love using air b&b over a hotel room. I wish I could live in this space! 100% worth staying here. 10/10 recommend.

My three teens and I loved our stay. It was close to our event and quiet at night. The beds were very comfortable and clean. Great hosts! They greeted us and showed us around on arrival:) Very nice place 💕

Perfect location for a few nights while on work travel!

Great place for my short stay. Easy to find and quiet

Jason and Jessie were lovely hosts for our long-term stay! The place was spacious and comfortable - perfect for us two and our cat. All summer long we had a little moose visit every week or so. She was so cute! Great location for easy access to a lot fun adventures in the Mat-Su Valley.

Great place to stay! We visited from NJ to meet our 1st granddaughter and this was the perfect place. Easy to get anywhere we wanted to go. Ryan was quick to respond when the wifi went out and that was our only incident if you’d even call it that. This looks just like the pics! The couch/pull out is so comfy and the tv is amazing for movie night! The kitchen had mostly everything we needed to make meals for the week. The shower pressure was perfect especially after traveling all day and hiking. There are other units in the building but it was very quiet. Highly recommend this spot in Eagle River! Also check out Thunderbird Falls, you won’t be disappointed

Great one bedroom with everything you need when away from home.

Our stay was wonderful! This place has so much room. We had 2 grandchildren (age 5 & 10) with us and they loved it also. Only issue we had was a complaint from people whom lived below. We respected the quiet hours from 10-10 everyday. We did not know 1 of them worked 2nd shift, and got woke up by the kids couple mornings? They were playing tag out on deck one time. We told them we were sorry and would try to respect their wishes. From then on we worried about being quiet. This place is very close to grocery stores, gas, Walmart, Fred Meyer’s, and restaurants. Wonderful place to stay and very convenient. There is a park 2 lots down which we went to and kids played and fed ducks. There is also a Church (Creekside Church) about 5 miles away, very nice Church and made us feel welcomed. The kids loved the Children’s Church also. This place had everything we needed. The view was spectacular.

The location is perfect - close to Anchorage yet far enough away to relax and find peace and quiet. It’s a home away from home and having a washer and dryer in the unit was a wonderful bonus.

Loved this location, very centralized to the family we were visiting in Chugiak and Eagle River. Space was clean and easy to get to. Highly recommending to friends and family to stay here!

I had a great stay at Meaghan's place. Be sure to note the section in Meaghan's description where she mentions that there are young children in the house above the apartment. If you are noise sensitive, this might not be the place for you as there was quite a bit of bumping going on during daytime hours, but that is to be expected with young kids in the house, possibly on a rainy day. In my case, I just popped in my ear buds and I was fine. :) The apartment was exactly what I needed, and it was nice to be able to do my laundry and to get cleaned up before heading back out on the road. Comfy bed, full kitchen, keypad access, good wifi, giant TV...everything you could wish for. Highly recommended!

By far, the best rental I’ve had with AirBnb. The instructions for check-in were seamless, everything was set and ready to go, there were printed instructions on the counter with everything I needed to know, the living room, bedroom, kitchen, and bathroom were well furnished and clean. It was exactly the kind of space that I needed after a long trip. A very positive and welcoming environment to stay at. It was obvious that my hosts were very intentional and professional. I’ve already highly recommended it to family for anyone visiting the area.
