Fully self contained two bedroom downstairs unit (upstairs unit is permanently occupied by us). Great quiet location only 1 minute walk to Rail Trail, 10 minutes walk to supermarket centre of town. Off street parking for one car. Wifi, TV, washing machine.If you need high class furniture and matching bed linen this is not going to be the place for you, but if you want somewhere clean, comfortable and handy then welcome! Wedderburn School Lodge

Take it easy at this unique and tranquil getaway. Transformed into a home after 100 years as a School and Wedderburns main Education centre. The Otago Railtrail passes close by (300m) and this is a good place to base as Wedderburn is about the middle of the Trail. There is a 9 hole golf course across the fence and the Historic Wedderburn Hotel is 500m away.
