House on the lake (4/4), summer dream with enjoyment & nature

The house on the lake, my personal life dream. But too big to use it alone. Away from mass tourism in the middle of the mountains, directly on the lake in the middle of forests. In and around the house everything is very generous for people and animals. Very important to us personally. In addition to barbecue/fire places, sauna, our own jetty, beanbags and garden swings, rowing boat, SUP and garden hut ("Villa Seen-Sucht"), our guests can use everything...so it's more fun for all of us. A special place!

Come to the hill of love and stay in a lovely home

PLEASE CHECK OUT OUR OTHER HUTS, IF THIS ONE IS ALREADY BOOKED FOR YOUR DATE About almost 8 years ago we found a wonderfull place in the hills around Maribor. Sharing this special place with good people made us so happy, that we decided to built facilities to stay. So we started to renovate our little garbage hut and tool shed, building a little bath house and a bigger tent for families. By renting the small cottages, we can combine the joy of sharing this place with living a little bit of it.

Above the clouds

The accommodation is located at about 1,200 m above sea level and is characterized by the cozy atmosphere and the quiet location at the end of the access road. The lift station for skiing or the mountain bike trail (summer) is only about 5 minutes away by car. The valley and the nearest supermarket are about 12 minutes away, and there is a bakery near the lifts. Cottage 35 m² + 20 m² terrace with 1600 m² plot

Lots of land and meadow and a nice place to stay and feel good. The new holiday home is situated in a quiet location surrounded by 1600 m2. In the immediate vicinity, there is a bike path, a running track, a bicycle path, the mountains and much, much more. There is a stadium pool nearby for swimming, and in winter the Koralpe ski resort is only 15 minutes away. There are also shopping facilities nearby. There is the option of setting up a folding bed for 1 child.

The Koralpenchalet Sun, forest, nature!

Located at about 900 m above sea level above the cloud line is the Koralpenchalet in the picturesque village of Trahütten. Look directly at the Koralpe from the large terrace and enjoy the fresh forest air. The wooden chalet offers everything the vacationer's heart desires. Two rooms, each with a double bed and a sofa bed, can accommodate a maximum of 6 people. After an eventful day of hiking, you can relax in the barrel sauna or the wooden bathtub.

Wellness for the soul is provided by the private spa area with cozy warmth in the sauna or in the hot tub on the terrace. A spacious bathroom refreshes the senses while the view over the vineyards, our lavender labyrinth and the forest wanders.

Wake up in a hut built with wood from our forest, in an idyllic location. In the morning, from your warm bed, you can gaze through the panoramic glass, and admire the magnificent view of the Kamnik-Savinja Alps. In the hut is one double bed with a pull-out extra bed, small kitchen with fridge, outdoor terrace with deck chair. Every hut has its own bathroom in the immediate vicinity (15m-30m).
