We enjoyed this beautiful place so much! The house is very nicely decorated and everything has been thought of. It was great that we could use the vegetable garden. We loved the jacuzzi. The nature around the house is beautiful. Kaja is a very nice host and she gives good tips.

A super nice spot on earth. The house is right on the Soča, but very quiet, pure nature all around with great views of the peaks. A very good starting point for hikes along the river. The house was clean, the kitchen well equipped, washing machine was available.

Francesco and his family are really great, genuine and very pleasant people, they were very helpful, they made us feel at home. We were 5 men visiting to see the Castelmonte Covid hill climb race, the convenient location to reach the track and once we got home after the race we felt in paradise, beautiful garden, well-kept and above all the roof with a large table great for outdoor dining. We will definitely be coming back. Highly recommended.

We felt very comfortable at the place. Katja and Byron are very friendly and we found everything as described.

- The description of the apartment is more modest than the reality. The central photo shows the shorter(!) side of the house. The dimensions are impressive. - The dining terrace was especially pleasant in May. - The house and its surroundings are quiet, but there are many attractions within a 20 km radius. - The host lives nearby and you can rely on his help.

We had a wonderful stay with Olga’s family. Very clean apartment, well equipped kitchen and a beautiful garden. The kids loved to play outside (enclosed with swing, trampoline and playhouse). Nearby was a camping where we could play and swim in the river. It’s a great location to visit lake Bohinj, Bled, Ljubljana,…

The apartment was super clean, stylishly furnished and lays in a beautiful, peaceful and idyllic environment. The view was simply fantastic. We had a great stay at Chalet Franzi. From the moment we made the reservation untill we left, Ernst was very quick and friendly in his responds. It felt very trustworthy. The chalet is even better than the pictures. Its big enough for 4 adults, its cosy, warm, the kitchen has everything you need. It has some cartgames which we used every day. and the view from the windows is pretty. looking out on the Mountains. The chalet is very close to the slopes. even if there is not enough snow, you can walk to it, max 5 min walk. When we arrived, Ernst was waiting to greet us with snapps and his warm personality. He even helped us unload and told us about the chalet and the Village. the Village is small and has a supermarket, restaurants and a Bakery. From the town, you can also go to Bad Gastein and Bad Hofgastein in around 15 to 20 minutes. also very pretty to walk around and ski. Thank you very much Ernst. We had a lovely ski holiday.

Very well located accommodation near the village and quiet. Perfect place for a family, very nice garden. I highly recommend it.

Alberto's home was lovely! I absolutely loved waking up with the view of the lake and mountains. Even on a rainy day this place creates a feeling of serenity. I celebrated my birthday here and reached out for possibly suggestions for the area prior to booking. He responded with so many options and it made me more confident with booking. What I wasn't expecting was a little treat on the door on my birthday and let me tell you that made my day! This was my 3rd place during my trip and what stood out was his father, Vanni, greeting us at check-in which gave that personal touch. I stayed in March and there was a lot of rain forecasted so many of the nearby places were closed but Alberto's home had everything you would need to enjoy your time. The lake you see on the patio is in walking distance so if it's not raining or snowing it made for a nice walk to start or end your day. If you are looking for a cozy place to relax and take in some beautiful views this is the place for you!

spacious apartment, a few minutes walk from the lake. 10 minutes walk to the main bus station. Very handy to have laundry facilities available, for €5, and Matej helpfully explained how the machines work. Kitchen was OK to cook a basic meal, and close to a good supermarket. We enjoyed our stay.

The place was well-prepared for us, the rooms were very clean. It was perfectly fine for our stay when we were gone for days. The communication with Ed was great.

Superb accomodation, very spacious and clean. A comfortable bed, plenty of cupboards, spacious high spec bathroom, great kitchen. We were impressed with Sergio's attention to detail. There were lots of local visitor guides and a list of recommended cafes, restaurants etc. This was one of the best BnB's we have found over many years of travel. Thanyou Sergio.
