The apartment is self-contained, we live upstairs and use the same entrance. The apartment is pet-free, but our cat lives in the house and garden.

Centrally located but still you will find the necessary peace and relaxation as nature is at your doorstep and beautiful hiking trails start nearby. The apartment has its own entrance as well as a parking space. The granny apartment itself is completely newly built. The real wood parquet, the clay construction with wall heating. The apartment is located in a part of the building that used to belong to the adjacent brewery and where the wine bottling plant for the brewery's own wine was located. Even today you can admire the old, empty wine barrels in the basement of the building. The building was lovingly renovated over two years. Although the rustic charm of the former industrial building is still recognizable, the apartment offers a cozy atmosphere where you can feel comfortable.
