This FULLY furnished mothers in law apartment is super cute, clean and outfitted with everything from top to bottom—furniture, mattresses, pillows, etc. (lucky you!) You will have the entire 2 bed, 1 bath mother in law apartment home to yourself. Separate entrance with dedicated parking. We comfortably sleep 6. We also have an office in the downstairs living area and provide WIFI and 3 smart TVs.

Come stay in our updated basement unit! We are just up the road from Historic Downtown Ogden, only 5 min from iFly Utah, 5 min from Weber State University, 15 min from Hill Air Force Base and the Northrop facilities. Close to many hiking and biking trails, as well as lakes and reservoirs. If you love skiing as much as we do you can get to 12 ski resorts in under 1.5 hours with the closest being only 30 min away. You’ll have a private entrance to the downstairs. We occupy the upstairs.

The host lives in the basement apartment with a separate entrance that is separated by a bolt-locked door. There are no shared spaces aside from the driveway.

Welcome to my duplex I have named Warm and Friendly. The bedroom upstairs has a king bed, and the larger room downstairs also has a king bed. There is a bonus room I call the nook in the basement and it has a queen bed. The kitchen has full sized appliances with a table that will seat 4. I have an extra mattress for a person 5'6" and shorter, and lots of pillows and blankets. The loveseat in living room has a pull-out bed for a smaller person.

Whether you are here visiting family, for work, or just passing through, our house is a relaxing place to unwind. Our beds are soft and cozy allowing you to get the good night sleep you deserve. Our house is minutes from downtown where you can enjoy the local restaurants and events. We are a 5 minute drive to Weber State, McKay Dee hospital, and are within a 30 minute drive to Snowbasin, Powder Mountain, and Nordic Valley ski resorts.
