The apartment was designed with families in mind providing all amenities for a short or long stay. IMPORTANT NOTE; We have a height restriction at the front of the apartment (6 ft 1 ") The apartment does however get higher as you go through to the rear extending to 6ft 6” thanks

The cottage has a fully equipped kitchen, bathroom and lounge on ground floor with bedroom accommodation on the mezzanine level above. There is also a comfortable king size sofa bed. Birkdale village, Ainsdale & Southport 2, 3 mins & 8 mins by train respectively. Walking distance to Hillside and Royal Birkdale golf courses, cycling distance to Ainsdale Birkdale and Southport with sand dunes, beach, marine lake, cafes, bars and eateries. Southport Flower show, the Open and Aintree are regular events we are perfectly situated for.

Lytham Loft is a newly built, first floor studio with a king size bed and a single sofa bed, an en suite wet room and a kitchenette. There is a fridge, microwave, toaster and Nespresso coffee machine. It’s located in a quiet, residential street at the end of a private garden in the centre of Lytham, 5 minutes walk to the promenade and the shops. Access is via a gate with a keypad and check-in is with a key safe. Check in is after 2pm and check-out at 11am. Free street parking is available.
