Welcome to our cozy little holiday apartment with the beach and sea 500 meters away! And close to bigger places like Middelburg and Domburg. Downstairs bathroom and dining facilities. Upstairs seating area and beds. Private shower, toilet, refrigerator, cooking facilities with oven, microwave, coffee machine, electric kettle. With WiFi, TV and in summer an air-cooler. Delicious soft water through the water softener. Tea and coffee are available; these may be consumed free of charge. Within walking distance are various shops, restaurants, a supermarket and a bakery. Crib and high chair provided, this costs €10 per stay. (pay loose on arrival). A staircase fence is installed upstairs. Check in from 2p.m. Check out before 10:00. Parking is free in the driveway with us. So no parking fee! Our price includes tourist tax. Do you want to enjoy cycling through the ‘cycling province’ of the Netherlands, long walks (with your dog) along the sea or just relax on the beaches and the many beach pavilions? Boutique Casita makes it happen! Please note that the rental price is exclusive of the following costs: - Dog fee: €30 per day per dog. - Tourist tax: €2.10 per day per person. - In the months of December, January, February, and March, gas consumption is charged additionally at a rate of €1.50 per m³.

Duinlodge lovely holiday home for 8 people

In a fantastic location in Zeeland (Joossesweg 181) you can enjoy this bright and comfortable 8-person holiday home: Duinlodge. This lovely house has a large enclosed garden and is within walking distance of the dunes between Zoutelande and Westkapelle. It has 4 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms. Tourist tax is 2.10 euros pppn. Bed linen 12 euros and towels 10 euros can be ordered. Your dog is also welcome for a surcharge of 30 euros per stay (per dog).

A 2 to 4 person apartment within walking distance of the sea, beach and forest. Located in the beautiful Oostkapelle: where peace, nature and atmosphere prevail. The price includes tourist tax and fees! The apartment is fully equipped: the beds are made upon arrival, there is a fenced backyard (the fence is 1.80 high) and a closed terrace in the front. Well-socialized dogs are warmly welcome! You can park for free at the apartment

Vacation home within walking distance of 't Veerse Meer

Just outside the village of Wolphaartsdijk (Zeeuws: Wolfersdiek), walking distance to ’t Veerse Meer, lies our simple but complete vacation home. The cottage is separate from our private house and has its own entrance. You have access to your own toilet, shower and kitchen. In addition, you can open the French doors and sit on your own terrace or relax in the hammock. Due to its location, this is a perfect base for walks and bike rides.

Welcome to our favourite place! A lovely house at Kortgene harbour in the always sunny province of Zeeland. You can relax and unwind here. The house is available for six people and is fully equipped. Beach, shops, eateries, supermarket, everything is within walking distance. There is also an electric charging station for your electric car. Please note, you can only connect this with your own charging card.

We rent out above our restaurant De Zeezot, two luxury newly renovated homes. These homes are identical. They are full of comforts and a 1-minute walk from the beautiful, quiet beach of Westkapelle. With the coziness of nice terraces and restaurants around the corner and cozy towns in the vicinity, you will never get bored. The apartment includes a parking space.

U heeft eigen voor en achter ingang + eigen prive parkeerplaats aan het huisje. Voor en achter een terras met achter vrij uitzicht. 50 meter vanaf de zee, zandstrand +/- 400 meter.

This stylishly furnished farmhouse can accommodate 6 guests. The house was completely renovated in 2019 and has a very high level of finishing. From the house you have a beautiful view over the surrounding fields. The house has a luxury kitchen, bathroom with sauna and a south-facing terrace.

This fully and attractively furnished studio is less than 500 meters away from the beach of Westkapelle. Within 150 meters, you are in the park on the Westkapelse Kreek, and within a 5-minute walking distance, you will find the city center with various restaurants and shops.

Lovely cozy cottage with free parking for 1 car close to beach and sea, suitable for 2/4 people, wonderfully furnished, a cottage where you will feel right at home. Our preference is changeover day on Friday! During holiday weeks, we only rent out on a weekly basis!
