Drive past the host's house a bit down a maintained gravel road and you're there! Around the pond you'll find a peaceful sitting area under our pergola, a covered pier with a fan to keep it breezy, and a fishing pier to enjoy some catch and release fishing! Plus you'll have your own campfire sites complete with firewood!

Fully furnished with modern amenities as full bathroom with shower, refrigerator, kitchenette, table for 2, queen bed, add full mattress available for 2 additional guest, mini split, outdoor seating, campfire, trails, lake, fishing, lake beach and farm animals. 1883 is great to relax, enjoy the animals, fish, paddle board, bike ride, fire pit night and even cook a nice steak! This 4BR/3BA secluded home is tucked away on a heavily wooded, fenced 10 acre tract, surrounded by towering post oaks, located only 14 miles from Kyle Field. This is the perfect spot for a Game Day weekend, quiet business trip, family gathering or romantic getaway. There is a fire pit with firewood provided. We do not limit to 10 guests, but we offer that the house will comfortably sleep 10. The property is fenced, but will not contain pets. Family/friend gatherings are welcome.

There is also a pond on the property. You will feel like you've come home. Pulling a trailer? There's plenty of room for parking and with a coded gate entrance, no worries about safety.
