It is also just a short drive to Lake Geneva and all that it has to offer with its beautiful lake, shopping, historic buildings, and delicious restaurants. Along with the house you get access to the HOA covered private beaches and playgrounds nearby. There is also a bar and grill down the street with live music. This updated & clean home is perfect for your college visits or family get togethers. The basement has a game area, a living room, a queen bed and private bathroom. Duly note the queen bed downstairs does not have a private bedroomThe fenced in backyard has a patio , gas grill and hot tub. Outside quiet hours begin at 9PM. Please be advised that we do have security cameras for your protection, located on the front and back porch of the home. Please refrain from tampering with the cameras. Thanks

Lake access at public boat launch just down the road for swimming, fishing, or kayaking. Full bath with large suite featuring a king size bed & two single beds can accommodate up to 5 guests. Full bath with stand up shower in lower level and washer/dryer on site also. Kayak rentals available at the cabin. Lawn games, poker table, board games & more available!

We are local hosts and strive to provide a five star experience! If your group is larger than 4, we have two other units in the same building.

We are lovers of "Lake Life" and want to share our experiences of Turtle Lake with others who love tranquility and time to reflect, but also want to hike at the Kettle Morraine State Forest, enjoy camp fires, tour local historic towns such as Lake Geneva and other sites, fish (including the best ice fishing in the area!), canoeing, paddle boarding, swimming, reading, and simply enjoying conversations with friends and family. We recently remodeled the kitchen, bathroom and 2 lower bedrooms.

YurtCation

YurtCation is a relaxing getaway with lake frontage and nature trails. There is another yurt about 300ft up the same driveway. There are a total of two yurts and two homes that have access to the same 17 acre lake. Each yurt is off the grid and has their own queen-sized comfy bed, wood stove, Weber grill w/charcoal, fire pit, firewood, fresh water, canoe, and clean Porto Potty. Pet Policy: Max two - Must be in your sight and supervised at all times or $500 fine and check out immediately.

You can easily walk to the Janesville Performing Arts Center and continue downtown and enjoy the Saturday morning Farmer's Market, shopping, restaurants and bars. Access to the Bike Trail is only a few minutes away.
