Chalupa mezi řádky is a new accommodation in South Moravia in the heart of the Pálava region, located in the village of Milovice near Mikulov. The entire cottage area will be available only to you! There is parking for 3-4 cars in the yard, as well as a seating area in a covered pergola, an electric grill and activities for children. In our cottage, you will find a space for relaxation and rest without worries. The kitchen is fully equipped, and a well-stocked wine cellar awaits you, where you can choose from the best wines. And now you can relax in our wellness centre.

On the ground floor of the apartment, there is an equipped kitchen with a refrigerator, induction cooktop, coffee maker, and dishwasher. Upstairs there is a living room with a sofa bed and a bedroom with a double bed with access to the terrace. Near the apartment there is a bike path (60m), supermarket (300m), swimming pool (350m) and train station (700m).

Each bedroom has its own bathroom. We offer guests recommendations for local winemakers and interesting tourist destinations. There is a shop and several restaurants near the house.

The accommodation is located in a quiet residential part of the village, literally a few steps from nature and extensive vineyards. There is a terrace with access to a natural garden inspired by steppe flora. The unique location offers rich opportunities for trips around the area - wine cycling trails, Pálava, Mikulov, Lednice or the Pouzdřanská steppe itself and the vineyards of Kolby.

The studio's working function has now been replaced by a recreational function and provides you with the opportunity to taste exceptional architecture in a small volume, set just above the lake. With the curved back wall of the Studio and in soft duvets, you will feel like in a cozy nest:)

Originally an inn for travelers visiting the mill, the home retains original features such as wood flooring, doors and windows and showcases a collection of local 18th-19th century furnishings. The back garden is a private, cool place to enjoy wine and meals. Parking for 5 cars. Wheelchair accessible.

The place offers the ideal basis for a relaxed thermal spa holiday, for trips to the idyllic wine villages of the area, like e.g. Falkenstein, to cultural or culinary festivities or for bicycle tours through the lovely landscape of the Weinviertel or for a visit of the beautiful Nationalpark Thayatal.

It is located in a region full of vineyards and good wine, cycling and hiking trails, 7 km from the beautiful Mikulov, 8 km from the Moravia aquapark, 8 km from Věstonická Venus... nearby are Valtice, Lednice (20 km) and 1 hour from us to Vienna :). In addition to comfortable bedrooms, the villa has a large lounge, kitchen and TV and a playroom for children and adults. There is an outdoor grill, a terrace.
