Monthly Rentals in Wilkerson

The Phoenix House exceeded our expectations and we highly recommend it. The home was spotless when we arrived and tastefully decorated. It had everything we needed for a short stay, including extra pillows and towels, a space heater for the colder part of the home, and quality shampoo/body wash. Keri, the host, was friendly and responsive. We appreciated the little notes left throughout the home with helpful instructions, like how to use the TV, sound system, and air conditioner. The place is located near the center of Bishop, walking distance from a good coffee shop and breakfast and a short drive from the grocery and gas station. There’s ample street parking. It was also quiet, safe, and beautiful. Our only minor complaint is the checkout asks were a bit much, especially when we needed to vacate early. We were asked to take out the garbage, remove linens, and hand-wash and dry dishes. We wished these had been included in the cleaning fee. We hope to be back! Thanks Keri!

Great place to stay! Very peaceful and beautiful surroundings. We even got some snow the last night we were there. The house is spacious and welcoming. Plenty of rooms for everyone to spread out. Home rules/instructions regarding access, temperature control, etc. were clear and easy to follow.

Fantastic place to stay! Incredibly well-designed and furnished, well-stocked kitchen, very clean and cozy. I will 100% stay here next time I visit Bishop.

I had a great stay here with a couple of friends and family. The home was very pleasant and comfortable, with all the basic amenities we needed. We had a chance to run into Eric at the Buttermilk's, who was super friendly and always really responsive to our conversations. I highly recomend this place as it's so central to everything in Bishop!
