Pleasant and bright studio, fully renovated located in a privileged area of Roubaix, close to the Factory of Roubaix. It is an outbuilding of our house, with an independent entrance. It has all the necessary equipment as well as a terrace and easy parking. Public transport is a few meters from the studio, allowing you to reach the center or Lille, Villeneuve d 'Ascq... A Netflix account is available for your use.

70 m2 house ideally located in the city center of Croix. You will have access to the entire accommodation. A metro station is a 2-minute walk away that will take you to Lille train stations in 15 minutes. You will appreciate the proximity to many shops.
