Not much better than being within view of the Mississippi River. Place is large and clean, quiet outside of the noise you can hear from the store below.

Overall really great experience. Clear instructions, didn't need anything, everything was stocked, available linens, towels, etc. were clean. Wabasha is a beautiful little town for a retreat, and the National Eagle Center is worth the visit! The entire area is surrounded by great small towns with great local restaurants and diners. So good. Be sure to visit Lark Toys! As for the place - really well remodeled and decorated interior. Real tile in the kitchen, not LVP. The bed was super comfortable. The kitchen is stocked as far as cookware, a real money saver if you want to bring groceries and cook. I was very please with the apartment overall. A few critiques: There is a small stain in the LR carpet and I had to clean a tiny smudge of (chocolate?) out of one couch cushion when I arrived. The entrance stairway is raw, it is not finished (the stairs are complete, but it is MDF, OSB, etc., not finished, drywalled, painted), a real contrast to the well-appointed apartment interior.

Just a quick overnight while in the area for us, but had everything we needed and more. Clean, quiet, warm on a cold spring night and more than enough room for two and a little dog. Hope to come back again with a bigger group and enjoy more of the local dining and activities. Brooke was friendly and flexible with an early and easy check in.

We spent Christmas week at Viola Suites (#2) to visit our son. The apartment is cozy, clean and well equipped. We prepared a wonderful Christmas meal and enjoyed movies and our favorite TV shows with the streaming options available. Rochester is a compact town and everything was within 10 or 15 minutes from the Airbnb, with a grocery store, coffee shops and plenty of restaurants even closer. We brought our dog with us and the conditions of being pet friendly were easy to comply with. There was a path around the Airbnb for us to walk with him, and sidewalks and neighborhoods as well. When visiting my son again, I would definitely consider Viola Suites.

We stayed in Kirsten's place about 10 days and liked it very much. It has everything we need. The apartment is quite and with beautiful view of the river. Will come back again.

Our family of 4 came to town to visit family and we loved staying at Jami’s place. Easy check in, the house was clean and had everything we needed for a comfortable stay. The views were beautiful and my kids loved the closet with all the fun games and toys. The location was great. Thanks for a great stay!

Jaymi's place was exactly what my family needed. We traveled 7 hours to get there and arrived a bit early. Jaymi was quick to respond to my request for an early check-in, and everything was perfect for our time in Rochester. The finished basement provided a home away from home feel for me and my husband, while my parents were very comfortable on the main level. When you're in Rochester for Mayo clinic appointments having a peaceful place to lay your head at night is important and Jaymi provided everything we needed to be comfortable.

One of the most thoughtfully appointed places I’ve stayed. Extra towels and dishes meant I didn’t have to do wash frequently. Shampoo, body wash, laundry detergent, extra paper towels, food storage meant I didn’t have to run to the store first thing. We just settled right into this very homey house with comfortable beds & furniture. Fantastic location in quiet neighborhood close to miles of paved walkways. Even an easy walk to the local Hy-Vee and shopping center. Ila was very responsive to my questions and earns her designation as Super Host!

Joshua’s place was a nice, affordable, place to gather with family for the weekend. Great access to a walking path was a nice bonus!

This place is huge! Three floors of usable space and four large bedrooms plus an office space. It’s very quiet and peaceful with lots of natural light. It is a little far from town but that can be a plus if that’s what you are looking for. It was very family friendly. If you are traveling with someone who has mobility issues, there is a bathroom and bedroom on the main floor but no shower. There was a washer and dryer available for use. I would definitely stay here again. Thanks for the use of your property!

We loved this house! Had everything we needed and although there is a train that runs at the end of the street, no horns blow, and it didn't bother us at all. My husband is sensitive to noise at night, and we both slept great! We would definitely stay here when we visit family in Lacrosse again.

For an extended stay, this home fits the bill. It is in a very handy location with restaurants, grocery stores, gas stations, etc., only a few blocks away. The home is new & in a new area, where the properties are nice , very well maintained & managed. Allison, our coordinator did a very good job of answering our questions any time we called her . If available, we would definitely stay there again should we ever need an extended stay in Rochester.

The place was exactly as described. Don and Sue were great with communication and had everything we needed for a comfortable stay. This is a place we would come back for future stays.

We really enjoyed our stay in late March. Great views of Lake Pepin and the sunrise over the bluffs. Saw a number of bald eagles soaring past on the waterline. The unit is in great shape -- very new, clean and comfortable. Beds were comfy and the kitchen was well-appointed. The building seemed mostly empty and Lake City was very quiet -- much busier during the summer I imagine! Note that there is a busy road between the unit and the lake/river. Easy to cross and the noise was not too bad, just something to be aware of, especially if you're expecting peace and quiet while sitting out on the balcony. Hiking in nearby Frontenac State Park was fantastic! The National Eagle Center to the south is worth a visit too. Also, try the Nelson Creamery on the Wisconsin side! Overall, we were very pleased with our stay here.

Phenomenal choice for extended medical stay in Rochester. The condo is walkable to Mayo's main campus (weather permitting) and is very close to extensive and beautiful Rochester trail system. Despite multiple units in the building, the condo was very quiet- I never once heard people in other units. The kitchen is very well stocked and washer/drier in unit was very convenient. I will absolutely select this property again if available for future Rochester stays.

Unit was cozy and warm, and had everything we needed. Located one turn from the interstate between both Mayo campuses with off street parking. Rita and Qamar are very responsive hosts. Easy checkin and checkout. Nice alternative to a hotel in Rochester.

Jackie’s place is superb. Best location to visit Rochester, especially if you are visiting the Mayo Clinic, walkable distance to many places. The place is huge, great for family like us. Many games provided for the kids: pingpong and board games. Big kitchen and living spaces. Jackie the host is super friendly, helpful and responsive. All communications are smooth and fast. Greta place to stay with a responsive host. I would highly recommend this location if you need a place to close to Mayo Clinic or the downtown area.
