Very spacious and extremely tastefully furnished apartment with magnificent views. The kitchen was very well equipped. Overall a great deal. The apartment is well located for skiing (ski bus very close). Only drying up the ski shoes in the completely cold basement was a bit difficult. We will be happy to come back.

I highly recommend this listing to anyone visiting Switzerland. My parents and I didn’t have a rental car, but getting around Sarnen was easy, and we even made a day trip to Lucerne without any trouble. The place is beautiful and exactly as advertised. More importantly, Roland and his family were incredibly gracious hosts. They made us feel welcome from the start and gave us great recommendations to help us make the most of every day. And of course, I can’t forget to mention Mimi, their cat, who was so sweet and made the trip even more memorable.

We stayed 6 nights. Apartment is extremely clean and very warm (i was barefoot most of the time). Two bathrooms are big plus and view from balcony is awesome. We went to many excursions (Oeschinensee, Zermatt, Gornergrat, Jungfraujoch, Schynige Platte, Wengen, Lauterbrunnen, First, Mannlichen, Interlaken, ...) and this location was perfect starting point. Toni was always ready to help and quickly responsive. Wish that we could have stay longer and hope that we will get back again.

It is a very cozy country house in the middle of the mountains on a small winery. We immediately fell in love with this location. The view of the mountains, Lake Maggiore hidden behind palm trees and pampas grass and the Verzasca dam is sensational. It was clean and everything you could need was there. A bit difficult to find, but thanks to Alberto's accessibility by phone, it went very well. A parking space is also available. You have great hiking opportunities, which Alberto sent us as a recommendation. In nearby Gordola you will also find everything you need. We are very happy to come back. The uncomplicated and very friendly Aline welcomed me, showed me everything briefly. A beautiful studio with comfortable bed, clean bathroom, simple kitchen but with everything you need. Great garden with pond; very private & on its own without disturbances from the outside. Large closet as storage space, easy access incl. Parking. All in all a highly recommended stay with Aline. Olivia and her mother Yolanda are very helpful and friendly. They helped us with helpful tips. Check-in and check-out are very easy and based on mutual trust. We felt very comfortable in the apartment and there is enough space for 6 people. The location is very good and accessible by public transport or by car. Thank you again for allowing us to enjoy this warm home. We will be happy to come back.

We had a wonderful weekend, the cottage is a little far from the center, quiet, but still within walking distance. The interior is beautiful, well decorated with everything you need to cook and have fun (a bonus point for the small indoor ping pong table!). And of course the beautiful views of the mountains!

Perfect to access both ski resorts. Very easy walk, even with small Children. The garage is super good - as everything is in walking distance, we did not touch the car during our entire stay. Julie is a super host - she even managed to fix a minor defect (light) the very next day. The place and the host make you feel like at home.
