Our cottage is located directly on the lakeside, consists of 3 apartments and 2 add. rooms to rent (i.e. for children). The spacious lakefront property is a place of adventure and relaxation as well as an oasis for swimming, sunbathing and simply unwind - the contrast to crowded lakes. House and garden are well secured and only separated by an access road. Additionally: steam bath, playground, barbecue, fire pit, picnic tables, 2 rowing boats, washing machine, dryer and rooms with terraces.

Our holiday home marmot is located at an altitude of 1520 m with a magnificent view to the south in the middle of the hiking and skiing paradise Klippitztörl. It has a very good equipment with sauna and space for up to 8 people (6 adults and 2 children). The nearest ski slope is just 700m away. The Klippitztörl ski resort is a family ski area with about 20 km of ski slopes, which you only have to share with a few skiers. Many cozy ski huts invite you to take a break. Free wi-fi.
