We think we have the best of both worlds here in Martyn Lane - all the pleasures of country life with quick and convenient access to the beaches and towns of South Gippsland.

Sol House was designed to capture the sunlight from sunrise to sunset. This pre-fabricated block-style beach house was built in 2021, to fit the setting of the relaxed, surfy vibe of Killy. A short 350m stroll to the iconic Kilcunda General Store for a morning coffee or the Ocean View Hotel for a cold beer and dinner. Make yourself at home in this cosy newly renovated cottage. In the winter a cosy fire and a great place to unwind with open plan living, picturesque farmland views and nearby coastal walks. Nearby is the popular Coal Creek museum , after exploring ,have lunch in the spacious Cafe. On the Inverloch road is the RAVC club , have a cuppa or a cocktail in the Zenith lounge overlooking the bay ,definitely worth a visit.
