Catalina Classic is located in a quiet neighborhood yet is easily accessible to Waco’s many friendly attractions. This home has 1980 square feet and includes 4 bedrooms, 5 beds, 2 baths and two dining areas inside. Additionally there is a furnished and lighted patio which provides a third dining option.

Charming backyard cottage set in the historic Sanger-Heights neighborhood just 7 minutes from Magnolia by car and blocks from Downtown. Off-street parking and a private entrance to your own fenced yard. A pathway leads to a private patio with an outdoor seating area. The cottage includes a Queen sized bed, TV with Netflix, bathroom, bathtub and shower. It is located on our property adjacent to our home, and we are available as much or as little as you desire. Enjoy a peaceful stay at this quiet, spacious guesthouse. This unique property is minutes from Woodway and Hewitt Drive with convenient access to food and fun! Only 12 miles from downtown Waco, take advantage of all the city has to offer and then retreat to the quiet nights of Lorena. This one bedroom, private building is separate from the main house. The bedroom, bathroom, and main area all have separate entrances. The living area has a queen-sized sofa bed for additional guests.

Come stay in our Cameron Park guesthouse! Featured in book, "Historic Homes of Waco." Located on the historic Waco Penland estate, the cottage was built in 1924 and is newly renovated. The German Schmear Cottage is tucked away on a quiet street in the Mountainview area. It is centrally located (HEB, Target, and Starbucks are right down the road) and only 10-15 minutes from downtown, the Silos, and Baylor. Once a detached garage, this 400 square foot space is now a cozy, modern living space and is on the property of the main German Schmear (fixer upper) house, which is also a vacation rental. This super clean 1 bedroom suite is spacious and quiet. Walk into your relaxing living room that is furnished with cozy furniture. A fully stocked kitchenette with full-sized refrigerator,toaster oven,coffee and tea station. The suite is part of a bigger house that is completely isolated with private entrances. The house is nestled in the large pecan trees with a full sized swing set. You can also enjoy the deck right outside your door.

The house is in a quiet cul de sac neighborhood. The property has a fenced backyard. Small, house-trained dogs are welcome upon request. (Extra cleaning fees apply) This quaint and lovely two bedroom house is a 5 min walk from the lake and the Lake Waco Dam and walking path or a 5 mile drive to Baylor McLane Stadium and the Magnolia Silos. The Waco regional airport and Hawaiian Falls water park is approx. 3.7 miles away.
