Welcome to our historical home! The villa was build as a representative domicile for a pharmacist. Nowadays the spacious house offers space for three flats. The holiday home is situated in its souterrain with a direct access to the garden. The residential area is completely private as well as the kitchen. You can reach the private bathroom through a shared corridor. Inside the residential area there is a king-size bed for sleeping for two and a studio couch, that can be used also by up to two.

The main train station, the city center and nature are a few minutes' walk away. The lovingly furnished apartment on the first floor is bright and friendly. For self-catering, there is a fully equipped kitchen with ceramic stovetop, oven and fridge. A nice new bathroom with shower, sink and toilet. TV + DVB-T2 antenna and Internet connection via Wi-Fi

The cozy apartment in the quaint old town of Lennep is in the heart of the city, the market square. The amenities are extravagant for those who love something special. Bus and train, as well as everything you need for everyday needs of every requirement, is within walking distance. A parking space in the old town parking garage can be booked on request. You can rent the apartment in our detached house for yourself. This is where we connected a new router. Now there is the latest WLan technology WIFI 6. The 50sqm with a south-facing balcony are equipped with a mobile air conditioning. The house is situated in a quiet dead end street. A separate bedroom with a box spring bed (1.40X2m) and walk-in wardrobe. In the bathroom you will find a nice walk-in shower and a washing machine. The kitchen is fully equipped.

Experience living anew and in the green Wuppertal! Just a 10-minute walk to Unterbarmer train station, Tony Cragg's sculpture park or Cinemaxx. Shopping is also very close. You can enjoy the beautiful weather on the terrace or even cozily in the garden. Take a break. It is only about 45 km to Messe Düsseldorf and 65 km to Cologne. Very quiet, idyllic apartment in Hückeswagen

We are very quietly and idyllically located on the outskirts of Hückeswagen/Remscheid-Lennep, in a neighboring street, right by the forest. Bed linen, towels and good basic equipment are a matter of course. The Bergisches Panoramasteig for hikers is right at your doorstep, as well as the entrance and exit to the Bergisches Panorama bike path. Pets are very welcome by arrangement and for a fee (10 euros/night/animal).

Hiking, cycling, many excursion destinations, as well as swimming reservoirs and outdoor pool in the immediate vicinity. Bus stop outside the door, grocery store and organic shop within walking distance. Separate terrace with Weber grill and electric awning are included. A dog is very welcome.

Here in Velbert, in the beautifully located Deilbachtal, we offer an approximately 60 square meter detached holiday home for 2 people, directly by the forest. The apartment has a kitchen, bathroom with bathtub, bedroom with a 180 x 650 box-spring bed and is heated with underfloor heating. The living room consists of a living room with 2 sofas, a TV and a dining area directly opposite the kitchen.
