We LOVED our stay with Anne Marie. The home was beautiful, clean, roomy, and comfortable. And Anne Marie was a great host from start to finish. Our little family of 4 (kids 12 & 14) only used 3 bedrooms and couldn't use the lovely pool as it was too cold, but the sea was very nice for a kayak. Not very close to grocery stores. Gorgeous sunsets every night from various areas around the property.

3-4 minutes drive from the center of Yalikavak. We didn't have much trouble. Just so you know, it's not like walking to the center.

We had a fantastic time. The spacious apartment was comfortable, furnished well with all the amenities you would need. Beautiful pool and well maintained peaceful complex. We chose the area as our friend lives locally and there are many fantastic local restaurants and food outlets within a fifteen minute walk. Very responsive and helpful host. Would definitely recommend.

The location of the house is perfect. The relevance of the people who are interested (Ms. Ayşe and Ms. Mukaddes in charge, as well, thank you) is the upper level. The house is more beautiful than the ones in the photo. If you want to relax and have a pleasant time, and it is a place to retreat. The pleasure of waking up to the peace of mind is definitely among my favorites. Selling; You need to wait for 10 15 minutes for hot water, don't disturb Ms. Ayşe because there is no hot water☺️

It’s an ideal spot for anyone looking to relax and feel at home. The location is just a 5 to 10-minute walk from the beach. Alexandros’ father, who lives across from the property, was incredibly helpful and kind with everything. Thank you for hosting me—it was a pleasure!

Directly at Kos Center, very close to nice beaches. Communication was very easy and effective, they accomodated our special wishes. Very big and spacious apartment with 4 different balconies. We were very happy with our stay here.

It is a paradise of 3 villas among the citrus trees. - The pool is really gorgeous - even bigger than the ones in the photo. 150cm deep. - You are completely surrounded by nature. It's green everywhere. It was very nice to lie in the hammock and watch the nature. - Walking distance to places such as supermarket, bakery, butcher You can take care of all your needs within 5-10 minutes by car. You can reach Kadıkalesi Public Beach with a 15-minute walk from the house. - Mr. Emre, Mr. Raşit and Ms. Nurten were very helpful. - The homes have everything you could need. (Microwave, toaster, tea maker, coffee maker, dishwasher, etc.) I would like to point out as the points that need to be improved: - The beds in the houses are a bit old. I would like to point out that we are not very comfortable. - A little more care can be taken about hygiene. - At least one of the houses would have been nice to have an oven. In a nutshell, we are very happy. We started making plans to come in the coming years.

First of all, we would like to thank Ms. Esra's dear mother, Ms. Sema and her father, Mr. Metin. They took care of all our needs and made us feel like a guest who came to them. The view of the house, the sweet breeze is very nice. It is very advantageous that the compound has a private beach by the sea. Everyone who lives on site is friendly. Every need is considered, the greengrocer bread deli comes all the way to the site. There are very fine details by Ms. Sema in the house, the beds are spotless like chewing gum. We had a nice holiday calm, peaceful and quiet.
