Mr. Yaşar was extremely interested in us and answered our questions quickly. The house was as seen and described in the photos; the view was outstanding. There was nothing missing in the house and everything met our expectations. Thank you for a wonderful holiday

Anne Marie is a kind and good host. She informed us very well at check-in and checkout. The house is just as it is in the pictures, stylish and quite clean. Almost all the tools you'll need are available. The garden is well-maintained and great for children, the stairs can get a little tired. There is a barbecue in the garden. Each room has air conditioning and is a very useful house for families with children. The humidity is almost non-existent, and you can only sleep at night without air conditioning by opening the glass. There are mosquito nets on the windows. There are 2 bathrooms and very comfortable for stays of 6 people. The sea does not deepen very clean and clear quickly in August, six round stones and gravel, the beach is cakil-stone. In the morning, the amount of waves increases according to the wind in the afternoon. A warm sea for children. The beach is yours and you feel private. It was a very pleasant and beautiful holiday for us. Thank you for the peaceful and perfect amenities and see you 😊 again

My wife and i needed a break to get away from the stressful year we needed to unwind and relax. Selva's place was the first place i had been able to unwind and relax from the moment we walked in the door very peaceful just what we needed. what a great host nothing was to much trouble and she responded instantly. we would recommend any couples looking for a beautiful and relaxing getaway with stunning views to book this apartment and have a great time. we will be booking here again as was a great experience. definitely need to hire a car. many thanks Selva we had a great stay and will be back next year 5 star many thanks Natasha & Andre

We will be back next year. We did stay in the appartment 6 weeks. Gunes is a welcoming host who quick responded to any questions or requests. She live with her family in a building next door. The apartment was clean and all did work. Internet,electricity, heating, stove etc. The location is really good as yoy have 3 min walk to the Harbour and 10 min walk to bus and beach. From the busstation is local buses to most places on the Bodrum peninsula and long distance buses to most of Türkiye . You do not have to hire a car. Even with a location 3 minutes from promenade, business district and restaurants is the area quite calm and silent. Our top 5 recomandation.

We had a delightful and memorable stay in touch with nature with its peaceful garden. The amenities in the house are quite sufficient, clean and quiet, within walking distance to the center. There is a private car park for the vehicle.

We were very kindly received , very helpful hostess. The villa is very nice and tidy. Very beautiful breathtaking views from the terrace . Rooms are spacious and clean . Beautiful large kitchen with all appliances. The Air Conditioning works just fine. This villa is highly recommended.

This place is a gem! Looks even better than the photos, is clean, and a great value for the money. My only suggestion is to get Yavuz to navigate you directly to the location. We speak Turkish and know the Bodrum area well, and it was still initially difficult for us to find (but the view makes the climb so worth it!) You will definitely enjoy your holiday here, but you will need to rent a car. Enjoy!

to come home, you pass through authentic basement streets and finally reach the basement house to the historic 180 years the door welcomes you to the sounds of music and a glass of wine in the garden with fragrance. every corner of the house is authentically furnished and very clean ☺️😍 the kitchen is all thought out that meets your needs at first being in the middle of the city, being able to reach the sea everywhere is a very convenient house to plan your day you eat your own dinner in the garden this house we stayed in is very close to bars music and entertainment start at 10 o'clock at night you want to stay in a house that loves fun at night and is not far away, it is a very pleasant place thank you so much to the beautiful host, Ms. Bahar, who brought us together with such a house and made us feel at home and I'm telling everyone it's a privilege to stay here 🩷🩷🩷

Mr. Utku was a very interested host. He responded to all our questions instantly, thanks to him. Apart from that, the location of the house is fascinating, the view is great at night, the view is great, the large balcony was very enjoyable. As a result, this house allowed me to have a great holiday with my children and my wife. I hope to stay here again in the coming years.😊

This was an absolutely amazing stay for us! Guney was an excellent host! He was incredibly responsive, helpful with recommendations, and even organized transportation to and from the airport for us. This flat is also just a short walk from the water and many shops/restaurants. It was very clean and had all updated appliances. I would recommend this to all small groups visiting the area!

Peaceful location with stunning views! The house was tidy, well-equipped, and had everything you might need for a comfortable stay. There are a few local shops and bars nearby, but I would highly recommend hiring a car to explore the Bodrum coast — it’s absolutely breathtaking. A perfect spot for a relaxing getaway😎

Hülya was an incredible host! She accommodated my last-minute, late-night request and welcomed me with delicious Turkish treats. The apartment was spotless, peaceful, and had stunning views. She also gave excellent recommendations, including the need for a rental to explore the area. It’s a 15-minute drive to the airport and 40 minutes to Bodrum. I loved a very peaceful home! The view and garden are nicer than the photos. Very right choice if you are looking for calm. I stayed alone, but 2-3 people can easily stay in the house and it was immaculately clean, the newly painted kitchen is quite large and if you want to cook, you can easily do it. The bedroom is big and comfortable, there is a 3 door closet. There is AC in both the living room and bedroom AC. The internet speed is very good, like me for those who work from home. I see this as an advantage, but I would still like to point out that there are many stairs for transportation to the house, you do your daily sports ☺️ The house is a must on top of a hill and there is a Migros, bakery, diner, hairdresser 1 minute away by car. 7 minutes to Gümüşlük by car, 12 minutes to Yalikavak marina, 35 minutes to the center. Zoe is a really interested host, although she was not here, everything was very well taken care of, everything was perfect, and Mr. Zafer came when I needed everything, thank you very much, if I come back to the basement, she will definitely stay at Zoe's house 🙏🏼 again

Beautiful place, with lots and lots of nature, it feels like a little oasis, close enough to the beach, but far enough where you don't feel overwhelmed with the tourism. Would 100% recommend to others. The staff is super friendly, the cats are fun and cute and the service was amazing.

I highly recommend it to everyone, incredibly beautiful, cozy apartment, the hosts of this apartment are just a separate topic, they became family after a couple of minutes, helped with the taxi call, fed breakfast. If I could give more than 5 that would be 100.

We had an amazing stay! The apartment was spotless and had everything we needed - even an electric grill in the kitchen. The terrace was perfect for enjoying sunsets, and the area was quiet and friendly with shops, a great bakery, and a bus stop nearby. Murat was a fantastic host - always available and full of great local tips. We felt very welcome and would absolutely stay here again. Highly recommended!

Beatiful place overlooking mountains and ocean. Renting a car is definitly recommended. Using google translate from English to Turkish and vice versa is a must. Thanks for a beatiful and memorable stay!

We made our booking at this hotel very short term, because we had some serious issues with our previous hotel, and everything about the communication was excellent! This place is a real oasis and we loved every minute there. There are different sections of the hotel and it seems that every balcony faces the beautiful garden of the hotel. It was so relaxing, quiet and calming, and we finally could enjoy our vacation, when we arrived there. The staff is very friendly and decent and we felt very welcomed from the first minute on. We highly recommend this place!👍🏻👍🏻

We had a wonderful stay in Bodrum. The staff were super friendly and accommodating, allowing for a late check out and letting us hang by the pool all day. The pool is incredible, we loved spending time there. The breakfast was also really nice. We cannot wait to come back
