Super clean everything always had the attention with us even days before the agreed date, the house was very clean and the people who were always cleaning very attentive to our needs, pleasant and polite. Miss Maribel always paying attention and responding to our messages, offered us the necessary amenities to spend an incredible weekend and was very flexible to check-in and check-out times.

It is a very comfortable house to spend as a family within the Lomas de Cocoyoc fractionation, all the rooms have their own bathroom and the fact that two of them are glued to the garden with the pool makes it even more comfortable, the area is very quiet and with the security of being inside the fractionation, I would definitely stay again.

Casa Tezo is an excellent option to rest for a few days and get out of the routine. Maryel was always very nice and with Mrs. Karina they were always aware. The house is a very good size and there is everything to be able to cook and not have to go out to anything. The pool is delicious and with the barbecue outside it was functional enough to enjoy the outdoor food. No doubt in the first opportunity we are going back to rest at home Tezo. 😊

Héctor was pending from before the day of arrival, the schedule was very flexible since we wanted to go before to Playa Vikingos and Héctor had no problem with that, the entrance was self-contained, the rooms have their fans and very clean rooms and comfortable beds, each room has its own bathroom. The kitchen although a little neglected is very clean as well as the utensils that had for food, the terrace is very spacious, but what we definitely charm was the heated pool, the water is super good, we were until 1am and the water was super hot, so it's worth paying the additional cost of heating. Highly recommended and would definitely come back.

The cabañas is comfortable and functional. There are many bathrooms, so it doesn't matter if there are quite a few people (we were 13 people). The kitchen is also very well equipped and arranged. Top-notch Patricia's attention, super friendly and simple. We'll definitely be back.

The house is everything you describe and more. Communication with Consuelo was very good and he was attentive to us at all times. The cold pool for the time but the jacuzzi is a wonder, we enjoyed it too much. The house is very clean, linens, towels, etc. all cleaned and in order. Armando, the house manager, supported us with everything we needed to come and respond at all times. The barbecue is in pristine condition. My family and I had a great weekend. We went with our pets who took the opportunity to run around the huge terrain. Really a great option, looking forward to coming back soon
