Overall, it was a pleasant experience. The space is enormous, exactly as described in the pictures, which was perfect for our group. The added access to the jacuzzi and playgrounds was a great bonus, especially for relaxing and keeping you entertained. That said, there are a few minor drawbacks. Some amenities were missing—not a big deal but worth noting (e.g., no iron). The audio system is outdated and only supports a 3.5mm jack, which isn't very convenient for modern devices. Additionally, being close to the lake and untouched land means you'll encounter insects, including ants and the occasional cockroach, so be prepared for that. Despite these small issues, it’s a fantastic place with plenty of room and great features. I’d recommend it for those who value space and relaxation, just keep the minor cons in mind when planning your stay.

Norma is very accessible with the schedules, the instructions to get to the house were very accurate and clear, the house was clean and tidy, the space is spacious for 6 or up to 8 people, the pool is clean, in general we had a great weekend in the stay.

It is a very comfortable house to spend as a family within the Lomas de Cocoyoc fractionation, all the rooms have their own bathroom and the fact that two of them are glued to the garden with the pool makes it even more comfortable, the area is very quiet and with the security of being inside the fractionation, I would definitely stay again.

It's a very nice and comfortable place to disconnect from the city and have a nice time as a couple. It has all the necessary amenities for the stay, the only thing that could be fought is with the mosquitoes but with a good repellent it is solved. I will definitely be back in the future.

Very grateful for José's excellent treatment as well as the comfort of the house. Definitely a place you can't wait to be back. As a small recommendation, it would be very good to have A/C. only in the rooms since at night the heat did not allow sleep. Otherwise the space is really wonderful, the garden and its spaciousness, the grandiose pool, quite accessible location, in short, enchanted with your property.

Everything was excellent ! Communication was always prompt and timely. The house just as described in the listing. We really enjoyed our stay.
