Welcome to PaddleFin! You will enjoy the beautiful lake and mountain views from the large deck on the house and a deck close to the water. This is a peaceful retreat - cell phone service is not available or very limited, no Wi-Fi, and no TV service. We allow A MAXIMUM of 4 guests! There is one king bed and one queen bed. We currently have two kayaks (one single and one two-person), two paddleboards, and a canoe available for use by our guests. Paddles and life jackets are included.

We are 17 miles from the Dragon ,Highway 129 and we only a mile away from the AT. We have Satellite Internet so be prepared for Wi-Fi calling. Driveway is loose gravel up hill.

This home is nestled just a short drive up the mountain from Fontana Village resort/marina and 10 miles from the Tail of the Dragon. It includes a carport and is easily accessible by paved roads and a circular paved driveway.

It’s a short drive to the the Smoky Mountains, Cherohala Skyway, Joyce Kilmer Memorial Forest, Blue Ridge Parkway, and Tail of the Dragon. The house is located 3 miles from the Appalachian Trail.
