Welcome! The house is situated by the foot of internationally famous "Hammars Backar" , some 15 km east off medieval town of Ystad. Between the house and the sea it´s only about 300 meters of untouched nature ( the whole area is a Nature Reserve)! Cows rule! The house is very big, and hosts an architectual practice as well as the spacious living area. However, the office is closed during the summer, and you´ll get the house and garden all to yourselves. A home-cooked greenhouse has this year found home to the farm. The house is surrounded by a lovely old-fashioned garden plot with beautiful birch, lilac and hydrangea springs as well as apple trees and very other small and good. Next to the buildings, there is meadow land and to the east you will find a smaller pond with varying amounts of water depending on the seasons.

Cozy cottage with a private garden in wonderful Nybrostrand outside Ystad. The cottage is 69 sqm and has 2 bedrooms and a larger living room with fireplace. Large and spacious kitchen and laundry room with washing machine. A 5-minute walk takes you to the beach where you can enjoy fantastic views of Hammars hills and Ystad. In the area, there is also access to a shop, pizzeria, outdoor swimming, Ystad golf club, etc. 150 meters to the bus stop towards Ystad or Simrishamn.
