Monthly Rentals in Yviers

No complaints, the house is clean, spacious, and well renovated. There is everything you need to stay a few nights to a few weeks (equipped kitchen, washing machine, coffee machine, tv, fiber...). The location is ideal if you want to rest in peace while having access to all amenities at 15min. Angouleme and Bordeaux are not far away either. Ludivine and Geoffrey were very welcoming and accommodating during our stay, we were in full purchase of real estate in the area, and coming from the Netherlands it allowed us to breathe a little time to do all the administrative steps required. We had our pug with it and the available space allowed it to enjoy a little of the great outdoors. Self check-in is always convenient especially when you have a lot to do, and it allows you to leave the key in the box when you leave to avoid losing it unnecessarily during the day. Bonus point, Gaia's presence <3

Quiet environment for good nights. Accommodation with all the kitchen essentials. Very friendly and responsive hosts who are attentive and concerned about the well-being of their tenants. I would recommend it in a second.

I spent 3 wonderful nights at Julie and Jim's superb 1 bedroom gite in Rioux Martin. I can't say enough good things about my experience. The inside of the gite was immaculately clean and very tastefully decorated. The outside space was equally nice and had all the necessary furniture to make outdoor dining pleasurable. This included both a front terrace for morning coffee and breakfast in the sun and a back terrace for evening cocktails and dinner. Lastly, Julie and Jim are so warm and gracious. They really seem to enjoy hosting guests from all over the world and they made my stay both comfortable and memorable. It was definitely one of the best Airbnb experiences I've had.
