Thomas's home was perfect for our family during our holiday. We are a famiy of 6 and it was plenty spacious, clean, quiet, and safe. It was nice to be a little outside Amsterdam. Abcoude is an absolutely charming town. The house was well-appointed, not cluttered, very clean, and very modern. Thomas was always responsive, helpful, and accomodating. We highly reccomend?

We stayed at Annette‘s place for a long weekend with a with friends and their kids. We were 10 in total with 6 kids between 5 and 14 years old. The house with the spacious garden instantly captured the kids and us parents could start the relaxing weekend from the get go. The beautiful surroundings are great for walking, running, cycling or boating. Located within a nature reserve, there is plenty of outdoor activities to be had. We had a great time and are contemplating of going there again in the future!

This is a beautiful home 20 minutes from Amsterdam. The home is very well kept and gorgeously decorated. We rented a car and had no problem finding parking in front of the home every day we stayed here. 100% recommend.

The accommodation was very well equipped, especially the toys and the trampoline our daughter enjoyed very much. With 1-2 young children, Kiry's house is really ideal. The house is well furnished, we immediately felt comfortable.

We had an amazing stay at Sonja’s place. Everything was just perfect. The location was excellent. The neighbourhood is beautiful. A row of houses with the canal as the backyard. Absolute peace and quiet and extremely secure. It’s a 4 minute walk to the tram station where there’s a tram every 10 min to the Central Station. It just takes 10 minutes to reach Central Station. The living area and kitchen are brilliant with all necessary equipments. The backyard is brilliant with an easy access to the canal. We didn’t use the pizza oven and the barbecue but I reckon they would be great when used. There are three bedrooms on the first floor and the view from the open space from there is lovely. The bathroom is huge and has a sun roof. Overall a brilliant experience. Sonja was very responsive and left a detailed note on how things work. We (2 adults and 2 kids) loved the stay and will again stay there in a heartbeat.

A place where you quickly feel at home, nice decor and what is full of nice things for young and old: toys and swing, a trampo and BBQ in the garden, a cinema in the living room, a really mancave;-) in the front room, nice kitchen, great beds. Nice and spacious so you can also go your own way. Very chill. And many fun things nearby: a lake, Zutphen, boat sailing, Castle route, climbing forest/go-kart track, etc. Recommended!

Jeannot was the best host from start to finish! He provided an amazing advance PDF of Amsterdam information and communicated via Whats App throughout. He even paid my tab at the local ice cream parlour after I discovered they did not take credit cards and the closest ATM was broken. The location is perfect for a stay with a large family. It was a great place to start and end the day and so easy to get to the city center from.

The house was above our expectations. Provided everything we needed and was spacious enough for our group of 9. We’d definitely return in the future!

We had a wonderful time in this spacious and cozy villa in Utrecht. The apartment exudes a feel-good atmosphere and is perfectly equipped. Utrecht has a lot to offer, and from the property, a lot is within walking distance, easily accessible by bike or car. The location is very quiet, but still close to everything you need. The landlord is very nice and helpful. We can highly recommend this place!

Large house with lots of space, directly on the water and a short walk to Abcoude. Easy communication and check in.

We felt very comfortable. The place is very cozy and the large table is just great for large groups (food, game night). The location of the place is perfect. Everything in Zwolle is within walking distance.

We stayed at this lovely AirBnB with 5 couples. We rented the entire residence and we all were extremely impressed with our accommodations and hosts. The property was as it was described and more. This location was central for us to journey out for day trips all over the Netherlands. Our hosts were top notch and provided great knowledge about the surrounding area. The common areas provided great place to gather and our rooms were a beautiful space to retreat. We would highly recommend to anyone, whether renting a room (as the bed and breakfast) or the entire home! Thank you to Matt and Csilla for creating a beautiful atmosphere for us to holiday as a family.

We arrived with 6 adults, 2 teenagers and 2 children and had a wonderful stay with very nice surroundings and great excursion options. The communication with Astrid and also her son was excellent and we were received in a very friendly manner and also said goodbye again. The house was as described, we felt completely comfortable and can recommend it to any group with or without children. A big thank you to our hosts. You gave us a wonderful time with the family. We were with friends on site Judith as well as the host on site were very helpful friendly and nice, good communication. The house was beautiful and kept what it promised. At that time, it was like with us when we booked in January very good to have the fireplace & heating pool:-) Thank you very much.

The house was charming, spotless, and very well-kept—a truly cozy and peaceful retreat. The surroundings were tranquil, making it a perfect getaway. We'd absolutely love to return Tom & Henne were friendly and responsive hosts.

We had a fantastic stay at Joëlle’s house! We travelled with two children aged 6 and 2 who loved the play gym, trampoline and sand pit with digger! It really felt like a home away from home with kids as it had all the amenities you need: high chairs, kids crockery, toys etc. The house is stunning, so much so that people passing by stopped to ask us about it. You can swim in the river in front which our 6 year old loved. Joëlle was very responsive and checked in to see how we were. The location is really beautiful and quiet. We used the bikes with the house so didn’t need a car but it did mean we had to time buses and trains very carefully as the bus to the house is only every hour. I think if you want proper freedom then get a car but it’s not mandatory as you can travel in to Amsterdam/Utrecht in 1h/1.5hrs, which we did a few times. Weesp is great and has nice restaurants and you can hire a boat nearby which is worth it! We would love to go back again!

I wanted somewhere for our family to relax. Arjen's house was perfect. It's a beautiful space, or rather, a collection of beautiful spaces. We were also lucky enough to be there when the orchard was full of fruit. Arjen was brilliant to communicate with. I highly recommend staying here if you can.

Hallo, we were really very happy with the place and the hostess. The house was beautifully situated on the river and had plenty of space. However, the doors in the upper rooms had some play and no seals, which is why they have been slammed again and again. Other than that, the kitchen and entire house amenities were outstanding. The hostess was extremely friendly and helpful. She even came by again when we arrived and brought extra linen if we needed another one.
