We had a great stay. We were here a few years ago, we liked it a lot and are very happy we managed to return. The flat is very nice (large, bright, with everything you need) and the location is beautiful.

Beautiful and extremely well-equipped apartment. There's nothing missing. Very well located for cross-country skiers. The trails are just a few meters from the house and the train station is also close. Despite the supposedly large distance to Maloja, it is also ideal for participants in the skimarathon. With the local guest card, public transport can be used very conveniently in parts. Checking in and out very straightforward, the host family is very nice. Communication is excellent. We became aware of Lavin a few years ago and spontaneously felt comfortable there. That's why we booked this beautiful apartment a year in advance and didn't regret it. Steivan informed us in good time that the apartment was available earlier in the day. When we arrived, all rooms were cozy, warm, sparkling clean and tidy - we felt at home from the first minute. Since I love to cook and bake, it was a special pleasure that there is very good kitchen equipment, which I also liked to use every day. The bathroom, with the spacious shower and bathtub, is also a pleasure after a day of skiing or hiking. We were lucky again with the weather, so we were able to use the terrace with the beautiful view of the mountains a few times. We also immediately organized with Steivan to get access to the guest cards. Unfortunately, you can only drive to Ardez with it, to Scuol it costs extra. Clear recommendation!!! Grazia fich!!!

This is the second time I've rented from Gertraud and everything is excellent. Cleanliness, well-equipped kitchen, tranquility, etc. Also, Gertraud was kind enough to drive us back to the train station with suitcases and skis. Thank you very much Mrs. Gertraud
