Apartment vacation rentals in Aarau

We enjoyed staying at Patrick' place. It was comfortable and convenient to highways, gas, a convenience store and public transportation. The free parking was a plus. It was clean and had a nice sunset view from the large windows facing the river. The neighborhood was safe with joggers using the path along the river. A few things to consider: The parking space is against a cement wall so keen backing skills are necessary if there is another car in the adjoining space. The surrounding streets are busy and can be noisy at certain times if windows are open but quiet when closed. The restaurant, one floor below was usually quiet but there was a party one night we were there with loud base thumping music until after 10 pm. The kitchen is minimally supplied with dishes, cooking utensils, and glassware. If you plan to cook, plan on providing your own spices, oils, salt and pepper, sugar etc. and extra paper towels if you use the partial roll provided. The refrigerator is a mini fridge.

This was for sure one of the best rentals we had, when looking what we needed (close to expo grounds) and exceeded all our expectations in terms of comfort, having everything that is needed, space and just feeling like a great home! Thank you! Communication was fantastic and so very helpful at all times.

I had a wonderful stay! The flat was just as lovely as in the pictures. Having a washing machine was a great bonus. The area is charming, walkable, and quiet. Highly recommend!

I came in these area for professional reason. The apartment is inserted in a quiet village but close to the Euroairport and Switzerland and Germany which may be an advantage. The apartment was in house with 2 more fractions, clean, with all the commodities for short/mid stayings. Quiet neighbors, and basic services in walking distance. The host is a nice man, quickly responsive and gave me all the instructions and advices everytime I reach for him. I end up staying for 2 mints and if I'll need to return to this area, this apartment will definitely be in my first choices if available . A big thanks to Robert for making my stay in is place a good experience.

Spacious apartment with all necessities, conveniently located near public transportation and grocery store. My two weeks there were very enjoyable. A five-minute walk takes you to the bus, which brings you to the center of Bern in ten minutes. Or in the other direction, the bus takes you to Koeniz, where you can find numerous shops. Veronika was very helpful whenever I needed anything. I will definitely stay there again! Thank you.

It was a wonderful stay. Marcel and Rita are absolutely great, I took very good care of myself there and felt totally comfortable there. I was able to reach out to both at any time and the contact was incredibly nice. The apartment is great, totally clean and there is everything you need, the Netflix access is still the icing on the cake. The apartment is very well located, the supermarket is around the corner, just like two bakeries. I am completely satisfied and can highly recommend Marcel's place.

Location ! Location! Location ! Right near the lake/ river…. With an amazing promenade. Modern beautiful penthouse with all amenities as mentioned. Lot of groceries, restaurants etc nearby. We didn’t get to meet the host as we were greeted by someone on their behalf who was cheerful & nice …. Though short on English. But we managed fine :) We recommend this place highly Cheers !

The location of this place was great! One stop with the tram ride to reach the heart of the city, and a block away from the lake. The apartment is high end and had really nice aroma which made the space even more inviting.

One of the best Airbnb homes in a long time – there were two of us there for a week. Spacious space, very chic and stylishly furnished, and of course the hot tub on the very large roof terrace is a highlight - or just spend the evening in front of the cozy fireplace. Everything is available in the immediate vicinity on foot (shops, restaurants, etc.) Overall highly recommended!

If you are looking to explore Central Switzerland then this place is a perfect place to use as a hub. The apartment was just as described and in fact more spacious than we expected. The views are spectacular over the lake and the mountains. The host was very helpful and responsive and was quick to answer all our questions. The location is easy walking distance to fantastic restaurants, the lake, the village of Weggis and the boat stop. We took the boat into Luzern which was absolutely fantastic. We would highly recommend the Appartment and will definitely return when back in the area.

I have already booked the apartment for the 10th time. Alicja is a friendly and reliable host. The accommodation is quiet and idyllically located on a creek, the neighbors are very cheerful and discreet. I'll be back for sure.

We stayed at Rachelle for our trip to Europa Park Rachelle was extremely responsive and her instructions were very clear. Access to the listing went smoothly and the listing was as described in every way . Rachelle's place is 25 minutes from Basel, an hour's drive from Europa Park and 1h30 from Zurich, which was perfect for us . We were also able to visit Colmar and Fribourg. This is my second time staying in this splendid apartment, always with so much satisfaction. It is perfectly equipped, spotlessly clean and very comfortable. Jurgen is an exemplary host, both available and attentive. I highly recommend this property and would definitely stay there again.

We had a wonderful stay in this beautiful cottage. The place was very clean, tastefully decorated and exactly as described in the photos. We particularly liked the quiet location, the comfortable beds and the fully equipped kitchen – perfect for relaxing evenings. Check-in was straightforward, and the host was reachable and very helpful at all times. We felt completely comfortable and would be happy to come back!

For experience and we are not disappointed, we took this apartment close to the center of Mulhouse in a quiet environment and moreover with free parking two minutes walk away. We recommend going through here in order to enjoy a clean apartment. Thank you very much.

If there was an option for more than 5 stars, I would give it. We've stayed in many airbnbs but Esther and Peter's place stood out. It was roomy, comfortable, clean, and quiet. Unlike other places we've stayed in, everything seemed exceptionally well-thought out. There was space for clothes, plenty of space to put things in the bathroom and the kitchen was much better equipped than my kitchen at home. We were only a few minute's walk from a lovely woods and a drive to paths near a river. And most important, our hosts were friendly and considerate, even offering us an immediate solution to a possible problem before we could ask for one! We hope to stay again!

An ideal starting point for a homemade adventure in Switzerland. Breath-taking views to the Pilatus and the Swiss Alps. Great amenities and excellent service. An absolute recommendation and we would be happy to come back.
