We had a lovely stay. Ideal apartment, beach easily accessible by walk.

The apartment is simple but well consul, with mosquito nets on all windows and a terrace that overlooks the entire village. No overlook, perfect for tranquility.

We spent a few days with the family in this apartment. Very well arranged, we felt very comfortable in this place with our 13 and 15 year olds. It is in a great location for walking around Montpellier.

Very cozy small apartment, very easy to access and communication with the host went very well. For my part, I needed to be close to the clinic located on the same street so nothing to say about this apartment, unless a slight refresh on the paint, carpet but really it's detail. I'll be back:)

We are a family with two children and really enjoyed Manuel's place. Everything is as described, the apartment is spacious with all you need, also well located near the city center. Excellent stay, thank you Manuel we will definitely come back.

Very pleasant stay in Nîmes close to the bullring, nothing to say, quiet apartment, as described, work in progress in the neighborhood that does not allow access by car but paid parking lots nearby, around the arenas.

We were welcomed with lots of information. Marine gave tips about places to eat nearby. Not just a list of what is near, but rather recommendations and opinions - very helpful. The house was clean, with lots of things to make life easy (kitchen equipment, washing machine, dishwasher) and a generous provision of basics for cooking (oils, stocks, seasoning) We found the tv box temperamental but it didn’t matter for us because we had an iPad and our children preferred to be in the hot tub anyway (which was lovely and warm - it was a really big hit with the kids). When we encountered a minor issue with the boiler, Marine could not have been more helpful and this was resolved to our complete satisfaction. Our older son enjoyed having the top bedroom to himself - great for older children because of the narrow steps at the top floor. Our younger two liked their twin bedroom and loved the mezzanine ‘den’ - perfect for reading/puzzle time. We would recommend a stay in this house. Five stars.

The apartment is very convenient and well-equipped. The location right in the heart of the high neighborhood is ideal. The concierge is at the top to manage arrival and departure.
