Very spacious and bright Marina. Excellent SOUTH orientation, perfect for families with 2 bedrooms, bathroom and toilet on the 1st floor and a master suite (composed of 2 bedrooms), bathroom and toilet on the 2nd floor. Ideal for 6/8 people. Air conditioning in all rooms. Renovated in 2015 in a contemporary style, very nice services. 2 large terraces and superb unobstructed views. Cellar for bicycles suitcases, parking, possibility of renting in + the dock in front of marina!

The kitchen, living room, dining room, and 2 bedrooms have stunning sea views from the 4th floor. 1 bedroom with 180° sea view thanks to a bay window overlooking the beach + a bay window overlooking Sète through the dining room. Privacy is preserved at night by a curtain. The rooms are separated by a load-bearing wall. Personal apartment so I only rent to visitors with positive reviews.
