Lovely apartment. Designated parking space. Lift to 4th floor. Laundry room in the apartment was very useful. Didn't use the pool area, but it looked well maintained.

Second time I book one of Jennifer’s properties. It is super clean and perfect in every way. The bed is extremely comfortable and cozy. Would book again when in Gainesville.

We are so grateful for the host and the place. Our son had surgery and needed a place to rest up for a week and the stay was perfect and he felt right at home. As parents we felt safe having him stay here! Thank you so much!

Jen and Eric's place was exactly as described and more. I have been on Airbnb for over 11 years and honestly their accommodation is spotless! I highly recommend and if you can get apartment C. an easy short drive to anything around UF. There's a real nice park just about 2 minutes drive from the house called Depot Park. I recommend you check it out. Sonny's BBQ is always great and it was probably a 3 minute drive from the house. This is an area of old huge homes.

This adorable place was exactly how it was described. Decorated beautifully and well stocked with all the essentials (and even more). I would highly recommend this little Gainesville gem. The hosts were beyond accommodating and responsive! 10 out of 10!

Absolutely amazing stay! The house is beautiful and stocked with everything you could think of. Bonus points for so many extra towels and linens. If you’re visiting Ginnie Springs you won’t find a better location. It’s close by and easy to get to and there are plenty of cute, local restaurants and shops near by. Communication with the host was spectacular! Super responsive. Would definitely stay here again!

We very much enjoyed our stay at Elliot and Amber's unit albeit it was too brief. Communication was excellent and the unit itself was amazingly done, newer and squeaky clean. Thanks for a great stay! We will be back!

My family and friends enjoyed our stay. The host was responsive and went the extra mile to make us feel welcome. The home was clean, and the surrounding area was peaceful. Our kids enjoyed the nerf guns and sporting equipment provided. One of the most memorable moments was around 5:00 PM when the deer came out to eat. Had a great trip and would highly recommend this home and host.

We really enjoyed our stay at Elliot and Ambers home. The place was very clean and had everything we needed. Our favorite part was sitting on the patio and relaxing with the friendly cat that happened to come say hi to us. Overall would definitely recommend this home.

From the moment we stepped into the house, my wife and I were thrilled to be in Giri’s Duck Pound house in Gainesville. The photos did not do it justice. It is a charming house with a very practical floor plan. It feels larger than it is because the rooms are all so well apportioned and flow into each other so well. The kitchen is beautiful and completely stocked with everything you could need. Every detail is taken care of: plenty of towels and bathroom supplies, sugar, coffee, and even detergent for the clothes washer and dishwasher. The appliances are new and work well — and you cook with gas. Great firm beds. A quaint neighborhood about 4 minutes to downtown Gainesville and about 7 minutes to UF. Parking inside the property and an inviting backyard. We would definitely rent this property again when we go back to Gainesville.

Christopher is a great host. the room is clean and quiet. Definitely would visit again.
