I'd give this property 1000 stars if I could! Beautifully appointed & an absolute serene spot. Andrew & his peeps were top notch - they literally thought of everything, right down to biscuits for the dog. The house makes you feel at home. I never slept so well! Sunrise on the porch can't be beat! Such a peaceful space with all the comforts of home. Absolutely loved everything about our 2.5 month stay. Silks & Saddles, you have my ❤️

My family and I stayed overnight, heading to Miami. This is the only airbnb that was handicapped accessible. Everything was PERFECT!! My mom really enjoyed her stay. (It was her first time staying in an Airbnb ❤️) I would definitely recommend and stay there again. 5star experience. Everything was amazing!! Kudos to you Carrol.

Cathy and Dale were wonderful hosts!! Myself, my boyfriend and his brother drove from Maine to Florida for “Swampfest” in Waldo. The space was perfect for all of us and we had everything we could have asked for provided from Cathy and Dale! (Thank you for the treats!! They were perfect for our quests and long drives!) These two go above and beyond to provide comfort and ease with your check in and check out. Their home and space is adorable and a literal home away from home. Definitely get a chance to sit on the dock or on the back porch for the views, breeze, and sunshine! Our trip was full of exploring, so the bnb was primarily used for night, and it was AMAZING to come back, shower, eat, and sleep! Their home was perfect for our stay. I cannot express more about their gratitude and generosity! Thank yall again so much!!!

I really enjoyed my stay here and the location is great! Norma and Mike are super responsive and helpful. There were plenty of heaters to keep the house warm in the cold days and the place is stocked with many things to make a long stay comfortable. The location is close to many parks and there was so many things to do nearby. The bed was a bit softer than what is comfortable for me but I still slept well and had a great month!

This is my second time staying at Kellie’s place. As with the first time (scroll up for first review) everything was perfect!!!! Kellie is an amazing host! She is friendly, proactive and goes out of her way to make sure you feel at home! This place has the most comfortable, HUGE bed with very soft linen. I love having a tv in the bedroom so you can watch a movie in bed to wind down. The kitchen is well equipped and having a Keurig coffee maker and pods is so convenient. The entire place is IMMACULATE! The unit is very quiet and private. It’s also so close to many springs for summer months and a quick 20ish minutes to Lake City. Don’t hesitate booking this sweet spot when travels bring you to Branford!

I was able to book super last-minute while traveling through the area for work and was even able to check in just a little bit early to be on Wi-Fi to take a last-minute business meeting-I got a restful night sleep and enjoyed having a full kitchen☺️

The home is very clean and tidy. Plenty of space and has a nice balcony to sit outside in. The area is very peaceful with plenty of parking and things to do around the area!

This couple was so welcoming and friendly. It almost didn’t feel like an airbnb, more like I was visiting distant relatives. They were very friendly to my son, even asking him if he’d like to help gather eggs from their chicken coop. It was just overall a great experience especially with the arcade downstairs.

I had such a great stay at this Airbnb! So clean and cozy and in a perfect location. I love how spacious it is and really enjoyed sitting out on the little balcony. I would love to stay again during future visits!!

Our 2nd time staying here. One year between visits and it is still well maintained, clean and quiet. We have felt extremely safe both visits and have never had any issues to speak of. Both times Mark has been super responsive to questions before and during our stay, always friendly and helpful. Very convenient location to UF activities, easy Uber pick up/drop off. Highly recommend!

Great location right beside the Haile Farmer’s market which was fun to explore on Saturday morning. Playground across the parking convenient if you have young kids! Good location within 5-15min of major grocery stores, Target, Trader Joes and many restaurants. Would recommend those looking for a quiet place to stay while visiting the area.

My stay at Vrinda’s was exactly as described. It looked exactly like the photos and the apartment was immaculate. I felt safe, comfortable and cared for while in the apartment. The kitchen was well stocked with cookware, dishes and everything I needed to cook a meal. Great stay.

Terri is an amazing host!! The home is very clean and welcoming! Great area for children and your fur babies. It had all updated appliances with an outside grill. Their were treats for us and our dog princess, when we arrived. The neighborhood is peaceful and everyone we met was friendly! At the end of our stay, our cars alternator when out and we were not able leave at the 11:00 am checkout time. Terri, was very accommodating and understanding. Even the cleaning staff was nice and helpful as my husband was outside fixing the car. I would absolutely recommend this home to anyone looking to spend time in Gainesville.

Great condo and location. Best stay we’ve experienced in Haile Village. Small problem with air conditioning upon check-in; contacted Jessica and fixed immediately. Thanks so much for the stay-would rent again while visiting Gainesville.

The host was there cleaning when we arrived for check in, he was running a little behind in finishing by 4pm check in time but that was no problem for us. The apartment was a good size and was nice and clean. The location was great tons of great restaurants with-in a mile or so, also close to a Walmart and a Publix. The interstate was about a half mile from the apartment, and it was easy find. We had a great short vacation and will stay here again next time in Gainsville.

Girls apt was comparable to that of a 5 star hotel. When entering the apt the first thing you notice is that it's sexy. then you realize it smells clean, then you start feeling good realizing everything is comfortable. The appliances were all top shelf. The tvs were all perfectly placed and just the right size. I can say with all honesty that this apartment does not disappoint. I will say 3 cons about this rental so my review is believable. 1.) there should be 2 sets of keys available for gym/pool incase you leave one set locked In the gym after office hours. 2. There should be a bottle of wine available on counter when entering because the place looks like it should have a bottle of wine waiting for you. 3. I also believe that there should be 2 bottles of Gatorade in fridge waiting cause this is gainsville and there is a gym available. These things sound petty but you must understand this rental is top notch and if your gonna have caviar then your gonna need champagne.
