Great as always. We've stayed at Dave's place multiple times. I don't think we could stay anywhere else for our trip to Gainesville. He's the best.

With the exception of outside the house like the garbage overflowing out front and the sketchy neighborhood, everything was peachy. Kait is a wonderful host and she has a lovely home on the inside. The beds were very comfortable and she has equipped the home with every thing you would need.

Absolutely wonderful host. Home fit all 8 of us verryyyy comfortably. 0 issues. Everything went as smooth as could be.

Our second visit did not disappoint. Saw lots of deer, fish, a few small gators. Enjoyed the games at the house on a rainy day. Michelle and Jeff helped shuttle kayaks and our group up river and saved us money on renting a service. Everything at the house was comfortable and our family had a great time.

The home was great - it’s clearly a family home that gets well taken care of rather than a poorly put together investment house. I came for a weekend getaway with my girlfriend - thinking we’d visit the springs nearby (which we did) - but we ended up spending almost the entire time at the house! Kayaking down the river, teaching her how to fish, making a camp fire, grilling in the charcoal grill, sitting on the deck looking out at the river - it was all very fun and entertaining. The house was very put together - everything worked - basics were available - easy check in and check out. It felt like a weekend at a friend’s cabin and the friend keeps his place nice for himself plus for people coming over. I would definitely plan on having a campfire and using the charcoal grill. If you want to stay inside all day/night and watch TV - do that at your own place.

Beautiful house that felt like home in the peaceful and quiet neighborhood. Had everything we needed for a perfect Christmas. And yes, the bed is absolutely awesome! Super big and comfortable. Cozy and charming house has a beautiful design, different vases for flowers, various kitchen utensils and lots of pots and pans. In the dining area there’s games and books, big TV and comfy couch and a reading chair. I’d definitely stay again and recommend it! (Really awesome, responsive, helpful hosts) Thank you! Jessy was very nice and extremely responsive. We enjoyed the peace and quiet in her huge backyard. We especially liked the tree swing. Definitely will come back again.

I enjoyed my stay. Bed was super comfortable, kitchen had all I needed to cook my meals and it was private and quiet. Zoe was friendly and helpful. I’ll stay there again when in the area!

This was a perfect space for a large group. Plenty of space for everyone. Large table we can all eat at, Foosball, pool, ping pong table, swimming pool with large deck, huge space for football game. This was everything we all needed. Kitchen is stocked with all the essentials you will need to cook with. Enough towels for everyone.

we were three guys there for the races Johns place was ideally located. It suited all our needs very clean and comfortable and close to many good restaurants. John communicated very well and was available should we need anything. We would stay there again.

My family had a perfect stay a Susan’s place. The home is in the Haile Village which is a nice, quiet neighborhood a short distance from the UF campus. We will definitely be back when we visit Gainesville again!

A great combination of a touch of rustic while maintaining the amenities you could need. I booked specifically to see the animals and they definitely did not disappoint! I also appreciate that they provided corn to feed the animals. There were also a lot of cooking appliances available.

Great stay; good space for a group of 4. Owner was very responsive and provided clear instructions.

The host was there cleaning when we arrived for check in, he was running a little behind in finishing by 4pm check in time but that was no problem for us. The apartment was a good size and was nice and clean. The location was great tons of great restaurants with-in a mile or so, also close to a Walmart and a Publix. The interstate was about a half mile from the apartment, and it was easy find. We had a great short vacation and will stay here again next time in Gainsville.

We had a wonderful stay at this Airbnb! The host was excellent, with fantastic communication from start to finish. The house was in the perfect location for our needs, making everything so convenient. One of the highlights of our stay was the host’s farm! They gave us a tour, and we got to see adorable goats, ducks, and a beautiful vineyard —it was such a unique and delightful experience. The thoughtful touches really stood out: they left us farm-fresh eggs, a pizza, a snack basket, a bottle of wine, and even a birthday balloon, which made our stay feel extra special and welcoming. The only downside was the master bedroom shower, where the water pressure was low due to some older hardware that could use an update. Overall, it was a very enjoyable and memorable experience, and we would happily recommend this Airbnb to others!

Giri’s place was the perfect place for our family vacation! Conveniently located, but still in a nice quiet location. Giri was so helpful as a host and was always quick to respond. Would definitely use Giri’s place again if we came to visit.

Mr. Todd & Mrs. Kat were exceptionally friendly and helpful with everything for locations, groceries, restaurants and the good ol' family feeling of right at home. My family was so lucky to have these great host that even stepped forward as family when the hurricane winds came in. They made sure we were safe and taken care of. You could never ask for better care and quietness of the neighborhood! We didn't want to leave!!!

This home was a great place for animals fenced yard and down the street was apart to walk them very animal friendly.

I can’t say enough!!!! Amazing!!!! We had so much fun, we were able to get away from the city and rest, everything was clean, peaceful and quiet.

Made a last minute same day booking and was not dissappointed - the place was super cozy and felt right at home. I absolutely loved the classic rustic cottage look and atmosphere. Would definitely recommend and book again! :)

Our family including kids and grandparents had a wonderful stay visiting family in the area and enjoying the property! Our daughter could not get enough of the sweet animals and fed them carrots and sang to them every morning and evening. It was not warm enough for the pool but it would be a very welcome addition in warmer weather! Kitchen and dining area had everything we needed for family dinners in the evening. There was another guest in the other house across the way but we didn't even hear them or run into them. We also enjoyed Archie's Pizza a 5 min. drive away. A very pleasant stay in a gorgeous area.

What a lovely apartment right on the Suwanee River. It is clean and comfortable. It’s equipped with just about everything that you need. The only thing you’ll need to bring to the kitchen is your food. Julie is not employed as an interior decorator, but she could be. I just love what she has done with the decor. The home is in a very quiet and safe little neighborhood. The patio, deck, and dock give multiple places to enjoy being near or on the water. My favorite time at this location was getting up early every morning to enjoy the sunrise over the river. If you haven’t seen the pink skies just before sunrise, you are missing out. However, because the back wall facing the river is completely windows, you don’t actually have to go out to view it. But I do enjoy the fresh air and the bird songs in the early morning. One morning my Merlin App registered 21 different species of bird sounds within 17 minutes. This place is a little slice of heaven.
