It has its own separate entrance with lock and key. Close to BART and freeways. It comes equipped with a brand new comfortable queen bed and mattress, TV, mini-fridge, coffee maker, and microwave oven. In addition, there's a single hot plate electric stove to cook a quick meal. Street parking is always available.

Why Alice House? This house is conveniently on Alice Street, 0.2 miles from hwy 92 (to cross the bay), 1 mile from 880 (which leads to SF and SJC). The temp is managed by two mini split units that heats and cools and are operable via remote control or smartphone. Inside, the home has a gas stove, a smart-TV, and fiber internet. While in the bedrooms are (1) medium-soft mattress and (1) Japanese gel-top mattress on a futon. Outside, the backyard is enclosed and offers patio furniture.
