The modern studio is rounded off by a large seating area facing south and a private balcony facing the lake. The apartment is quiet and offers a lot of privacy.

The apartment has been newly built in an old farmhouse (anno 1833). During construction, care was taken to use as many natural building materials as possible (wood, clay, hemp). The partitions were designed as half-timbered walls. The living room forms a room with the kitchen. The apartment is about 60 m² and is barrier-free.
