The apartment was as described and I loved my stay there. It was cosy and very comfortable. Great location and I will definitely stay there again when going to Mornington Peninsula. Browyn's communication was excellent and it was overall a fantastic experience. I highly recommend it.

Arrived at house early evening, was dark but easy instructions to get key from lock box. Really lovely spacious property, beautifully clean and homely. Everything you could need for a lovely stay. shops and restaurants just around the corner and only 5 mins by car to waterfront so perfect location. Would highly recommended and would certainly stay there again. Thank you

Frances and Ray were great hosts. As described the accommodation is at the rear of their house but we were allowed our privacy and they were there if we needed them. Everything you required was included and it was very clean and comfortable. I would recommend staying here if you are planning at visit to this area.

Very comfortable, secure and clean place with all the facilities we needed for an enjoyable short stay. Parking was off the main road and secure behind a gate. Outside a path led for a pleasant 10 minute walk into the main street of Sorrento while a General store with excellent coffee was a 2 minute walk away.

Beautiful secluded location. Clean and great communication throughout stay. Will be back again.

Gavin was personally there to receive us. He was quick to respond our queries. Place was nice, peaceful and clean. Destination charger was 400m away which was very helpful. Definitely recommended.

We had the best stay at Lesley’s apartment, which was so conveniently located across the road from the beach, and walkable to many great cafes and restaurants. The apartment itself was so luxurious and we really enjoyed our stay. The apartment has everything you need for a comfortable stay. I especially appreciated the artworks and how the apartment was styled, made it extra special. Kids enjoyed the books, puzzles and toys. The linen and towels were fabulously soft as well as the beds and pillows- we all had a great sleep! Thank you Lesley for the extra touch of Easter eggs for the kids - we were able to do a little Easter egg hunt in the apartment which made it so memorable! We felt it was very safe and private, and quiet. Perfect for a weekend away.

We had an incredible stay at the charming retreat. From the moment we arrived, Dot was welcoming and warm, making us feel right at home. One of the first things we noticed was the thoughtful little details, like the personalized welcome sign, which set the tone for the entire stay. The place itself was immaculately clean and well-maintained, and the atmosphere was both cozy and inviting. We especially loved the continental breakfast, which was delicious and the perfect start to our day. Dot also left some of our favourite chocolates to enjoy. Location-wise, it couldn’t have been better. Just a short walk to the beach, cafes, and restaurants, we were able to easily explore the area without feeling rushed. Despite being close to everything, the neighborhood was remarkably peaceful, which made for a relaxing and restful stay. Overall, the retreat exceeded our expectations in every way. Dot’s hospitality, the attention to detail, and the great location left a lasting impression.

Extremely comfortable apartment behind the owner’s home. All facilities provided. The hosts were very welcoming and friendly and have gone the extra mile to ensure guests feel welcome and at home. Lovely patio to sit on for an evening meal or a drink. Very good value.

It took a while for us to figure out that the apartment was easily accessible via the staircase from the carpark, as opposed to using the lift. But apart from that, the apartment was beautifully furnished, with the plants adding to a warm, homely feel. We enjoyed our stay here and highly recommend it!

We stayed here for 4 night and it was great. We got what was shown in the photos. The place is a across the road from a park and a cafe. A short walk to the supermarket, restaurants, other cafes, boutique stores and the best Home hardware store you're ever likely to find. It is also a short walk to the beach. We usually have to clean a place before settling in, but on this occasion, we felt like we didn't have to do much at all. It was a lively place, well designed and comfortable. We would stay again. Loved everything about our stay! The apartment is stunning, cosy, feels private and the location is absolutely perfect! The bed and linen is so comfy and cosy. We would 100% love to return again some day.

This is such a lovely place to stay! We had a peaceful and relaxed time. The place is spacious, clean, comfortable, and set up with everything you need. Caroline was great with her instructions and communication, we’d come back in a heart beat :)

We had a fantastic fun filled holiday. The apartment had everything we needed. The kids really enjoyed the pool and playground.

We absolutely loved our stay. Fantastic location, across from the beach, Totti’s etc but still a quiet location. Blockout blinds were amazing for our bub (and us!). Will stay again.

Mario as a host was very welcoming, accomodation, and understanding. However, I’ll leave the management real estate agent up to you to decide. One of a few places in Lorne who allow pets. A rare find. Thanks Mario.

We had a wonderful stay here. the accommodation was at the front of the property but didn't feel too busy on the residential streets. Spa was good for something different. Everything else was very up to scratch, Place was a great size overall, no need for anything bigger for 2 people. lovely little outdoor area with beautiful flowers trailing over the fence. Would have liked perhaps the couch to be a touch bigger but considering the space available it was good for a cuddle. Would definately recommend as a good base.
