We have a partial kitchen (no hot plates) with Weber bbq outside on the deck, bench space, sink, small fridge, convection microwave, Coffee pod machine, kettle, toaster, blender & sandwich maker. The unit has vaulted ceilings and hardwood floors, a complete kitchen with dishwasher. In winter the wood fire place keeps the place cosy. In summer the balcony is a favorite place for breakfast, watching numerous native birds. Within a few minutes drive you will reach the center of Geelong, Deakin Uni, and the 3 major hospitals of Geelong. It's an easy drive to beautiful beaches, including the Great Ocean Road. To keep the building sustainable, there is solar hot water & power & rain tanks.

Captains Quarters is self contained with a kitchenette including MW, CO and BBQ. Price includes the queen bedroom upstairs. If you require the use of the second bedroom, the single beds are an extra $50 per bed, per night.
