The 2-room apartment sleeps 4. In addition to the bedroom, a sofa bed for 2 people is available. Forest, hiking trails, railway line and Denner are within walking distance. St. Gallen, the village of Appenzell and the Alpstein can be reached by public transport in 20 minutes every half hour.

You can enjoy a mostly fog-free break at 1000m altitude with beautiful views of the Säntis and the Alpstein. Some hiking trails pass the house and a sports course in the forest can be found within 2 minutes for a training round. Shopping facilities for the everyday are located in Speicher and Teufen, the city of St. Gallen can be reached in 10 minutes by car. The access to the property leads over a forest road - in winter 4x4 or the 15-minute walk

The studio is located in a typical Appenzell house (built in 1689). A mix of modern and traditional furnishings awaits. You are only a 3-minute walk from the old town, many sights and the Appenzell train station. The studio has an open living and sleeping area with a pull-out 160 cm wide bed. There is also a TV with Netflix access. The kitchen is fully equipped and the cozy dining area is ideal for breakfast.

The cozily furnished studio (first floor) is located at 800 meters above sea level in a quiet residential area. From the sunny seating area you can enjoy a magnificent view of the Alpstein (Säntis). Within 10 km there are various leisure facilities (mini golf, swimming pools, hiking, skiing, biking).
