Vacation rentals with beach access in Área Metropolitalitana y Corredor del Henares

We only stayed one night at the last minute and David was very kind to check in and store our bags. The space is comfortable and has everything you need to host in Madrid for several days. It only affected us that we ran out of hot water service in the morning, but David sent a technician to fix it. We would definitely come back.

We had a great time in the apartment. Bedrooms were very nice as well two bathrooms were sufficient for a big group. Perfect size for big group. Great neighbourhood as well!

Pablo’s apartment was exactly as described—compact yet perfectly suited for two guests. Its location is ideal, within walking distance of shops, restaurants, and the metro station, making it convenient to explore the area. The building is equipped with an elevator, which made access to the apartment easy and convenient. It also felt safe and welcoming, with other residents who were notably friendly and helpful. One of the highlights of the stay was the balcony, which offers a stunning view of Gran Vía and truly enhanced the overall experience. My stay was both comfortable and enjoyable. Apartment in very good location. All kinds of amenities as soon as you leave the building. Everything was very clean. The kitchen had everything you need for a two-week stay. Oscar was super flexible and diligent helping us modify the dates and with the time of departure. Definitely recommended. Thank you very much!

Shinko's place is super well located, about 3 minute walk from El retiro, about 6 mins walking from Puerta de Alcala, and about 15 mins walking to cibeles. You can also walk to the AtochaTrain station if you don't have many things, as it is super close as well. The metro is also very nearby, Principe de Vergara. Shinko is very nice, she speaks Japanese and Spanish, and will help accommodate you. Her apartment is cool and so is her cat! Outside of the apartment, there are a lot of places to go eat or drink, so it is in a very good location. I would recommend staying at Shinko's.
