Practical and cozy apartment with amazing views. Strict and modern. A little smaller than we thought, but great to have as a base for our stay in Southern Norway.

Great place, great view, close to city

Sofie's apartment was very great, rich and plenty of room. In a block with several other apartments, but it is well soundproofed and thus you do not notice the others. Nice terrace with good sun conditions. The apartment's standard is high, and it's easy to stay more. We were two adults and two children and everyone had a great time. We would be happy to come back at the next Grimstad trip.

Nice apartment, perfectly suitable for couples with one child. Great location and lovely view right towards the water in quiet and cozy small house buildings, with small public bathing jetty with stairs just below. Well-equipped kitchen, bathroom and patio, good beds. Some small things could be improved: - It works bad to tell that the key is under the mat when there is no mat in front of the door, which had a little more accuracy in communication been preferable. I guess we got to notice help immediately when we called. - It smells a little musty from the kitchen sinks, something should be done about that. Otherwise, it smelled a bit of scented candles in the apartment when we arrived, we could have been outside. - We couldn't get the TV or wifi to work, and the contact person couldn't help, where guests should get clear instructions. However, these are small houses. You should be quite cross and difficult not to enjoy yourself here.

Perfect location, perfect host!

Bjørg is a pleasant host who responds quickly to inquiries and is on the offer page. We were a group of students at study gathering. The house was therefore a nice fit with a lot of space to sit and work in the two atmispheric living rooms, and useful with several towels, washing machine and good beds. The best thing about the house is a big fantastic bathroom and that it is centrally located in the city. Two things to keep in mind is that it is an old decent wooden house, so there is listening and the stairs are steep, but this didn't matter for us.. Thank you for a nice stay!

Incredibly cozy place :) Rebekka's mother welcomed us to give us good instructions and recommendations for our stay. Showed us around. The place stood up to expectations and we had a great time here. Very clean, tidy and well equipped kitchen

I would highly recommend renting this place. It is in a great location and a pleasant present to live. I rented the place when I was at Arendalsuken in 2024 and it worked great. It was a short drive from town. Nearby was a nice light rail to run in and a great beach to swim on. Hanne is a welcoming and generous host. 10/10

Great Place to stay. We stayed during February and really enjoyed the nature and the calm area with a warm chimney. You have the Forrest right in front of the house which was great for the dog. The garden has a complete fence allowing to let the dog out. You definitely need a car to go there but supermarkets are close by. The hosts are super fast in responding and helped when there was any question.

Great space and very central in Grimstad. Patio overlooking the entrance for Grimstad harbor, covered and very nice location. Smartly decorated house if was nicely located with a short distance to everything in Grimstad city. Perfect for us. The host was right, the best strawberries we've tasted in a long time :) Informative and pleasant host, recommended!

We stayed for 2 nights and it was lovely. Location with a nice view. In addition, it is centrally located and close to shops. Anne is a great person in communication. In short, recommended to stay here and enjoy the authentic surroundings.

We had 4 nice days in Arendal

Nice place good location in centre of Arendal. Be aware, it is an old house which means you can very clearly hear the upstairs neighbour. Also, in the snow it is not possible to use the parking space :)
